Multiple sets tested, all really nice! We have purchased several different things in the past two years, one of the climbing play houses, a set, the horse swing. They have all been really fun. We had some problems with one of the sets, but they sent the replacement parts. (You have to be a bit patient with shipping on the items coming straight from Ukraine, but now it seems they have some stored in the States and that shipping was pretty fast.) We have nine kids and plenty of "product testers" between them and their friends, and they say, "We looooove it!!"

Great Quality Product and Hours of Fun Play My children have really enjoyed this set, especially the rope swing. This was actually our second rope swing. The first held up to a lot of outside use, but we did end up seeing some fraying on the rope after a year of use. The triangular ladder is more difficult for the kids to climb than the single ladder, though it might be easier if it was tethered to the ground in some way. Installation is really easy and everything feels sturdy and safe. My children have enjoyed many hours of play on these rings, ladder, and swing! Great quality and great customer service.

Best purchase! Our sons (2 & 5 years old) LOVE their new climbing set. They have used it daily since it arrived. They love changing it up and their imaginations have been growing with the endless possibilities of how we use our climbing set. The quality is great and very durable. I’m glad we shopped around and found Good Eva’s before buying a different brand on Amazon or Etsy. We are very happy with our purchase!

Incorrect part received, but customer service asked us to fix it ourselves, won’t cover shipping cost despite faulty good Disappointed with our recent purchase of the toddler tower from Goodevas. User manual came with an outdated version and old parts. When emailed for help, was sent another assembly manual (still stipulates different parts) and tutorial. Clearly the issue lies in the incorrect parts being shipped due to their updated design or a design flaw. Customer serviced admitted shipping the wrong manual and them updating design. This results us not being able to put the chair together. I was told to use pliers to unscrew nails from axial dowel which came fixed, and to sort out the issue myself which is clearly a design/shipping fault. When I requested a refund, I was told to cover the shipping cost myself. Clearly you cannot sell something that not as described and yet even ask the customer to fix the issue? A very disappointed customer. Won’t be buying from Goodeva again and will share my experiences in our local mum networks so they don’t run into the same trouble.

Customer service was amazing Customer service is horrible. They are always out of stock which they only tell you after you've ordered the set.... and they'll let you know months after placing the order. Order from somewhere else.... you would have better luck literally anywhere else. The majority of these reviews follow the stipulations they set out and ask you to do in order to receive a "free" gift of your choice from them..... which is not true either. They specifically request that you make a review on trustpilot to finish going through with your free gift application.
