Uzzle is fun and challenging Uzzle is a fun, fast-paced puzzle game, which is great for all ages. It keeps the mind sharp and fosters a healthy competitive spirit to playing against others. Blocks are big and colorful, but not distracting. I look forward to playing with my nephews and nieces, as well as my mom. Uzzle is a great addition to our collection of board games for family fun!

Quick response! Quick response! I had a small issue with my Uzzle and by morning my problem was solved and they generously sent me a whole new game.

Customer service is GREAT Customer service is GREAT! We enjoy playing Uzzle. It’s easy for the younger kids to play and they really enjoy being able to play with the older kids and adults; we have had a lot of fun playing, We ordered 2 games for Christmas and one got lost in the mail. I contacted Customer Service and they replaced the lost game. This Tuesday, 2/20/24, I received the lost game, it was post dated 11/30/23. I contacted Customer Service so I could return the extra game. They said to keep the extra game or gift it to a family member. I am so impressed with the Customer Service, they are #1.

GREAT ADDITION TO GAME NIGHT We played UZZLE for the first time this weekend and it was a huge hit. We had 3 ages 12,17 and 66. Each person was challenged yet nobody was overwhelmed or felt discouraged. It was fun to join together and experience this new game. We really liked the easy instructions. From opening to Bo’s to actually playing the game took only minutes. This is a winner.

Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.
