Awesome customer service Such a fun game for all ages with great customer service. We were playing with three friends one night and one player never won until we realized one of her blocks had a blank side. We contacted customer service via email the next day (a Saturday), and received a response later that same day. On Sunday, they advised a new game was being sent out to me. Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.
