Uzzle game=great & Customer service=exceptional Upon using one of two games I had purchased, we found one of the puzzle pieces was missing one of the patterns on one side of the block. I had purchased 2 games in November of 2023 but hadn't used one of the games and didn't know one of the pieces was flawed. I contacted Uzzle the next day and received a response. I gave them the information they requested and I received an immediate answer. I'm not only pleased with the game, but also the customer service has been exceptional. Game - Better than electronics My grandchildren (4) enjoyed this game so much that they wanted to continue playing it rather than watch a movie or play electronics. There was so much laughter between them. I would definitely recommend this game.

Quick response! Quick response! I had a small issue with my Uzzle and by morning my problem was solved and they generously sent me a whole new game.

GREAT ADDITION TO GAME NIGHT We played UZZLE for the first time this weekend and it was a huge hit. We had 3 ages 12,17 and 66. Each person was challenged yet nobody was overwhelmed or felt discouraged. It was fun to join together and experience this new game. We really liked the easy instructions. From opening to Bo’s to actually playing the game took only minutes. This is a winner.

Fantastic company Fantastic company, even better customer service. We had a small issue with one of the blocks and The Uzzle team immediately took care of us. We truly appreciate such thoughtful and kind customer service. We played the game with our grandchildren (ages 7-14) and everyone had a blast. The 7 year old asked if she could come over the next day to play Uzzle again. Truly a fun, family game.
