GBI purchased the game because I have an… I purchased the game because I have an elderly friend with dementia that I visit with a few hours a day and I was trying to find fun activities to do with her. She loves this game so much and it was easy to learn and explain to her unlike some games that have lots of rules that she can't remember easily so they end up being demoralizing. Uzzle is fun!I think it's brilliantly made . I almost can't believe how much we enjoy it .and She quickly figured out how to do it , and she's so proud when she gets it done all by herself.

GBCustomer service is GREAT Customer service is GREAT! We enjoy playing Uzzle. It’s easy for the younger kids to play and they really enjoy being able to play with the older kids and adults; we have had a lot of fun playing, We ordered 2 games for Christmas and one got lost in the mail. I contacted Customer Service and they replaced the lost game. This Tuesday, 2/20/24, I received the lost game, it was post dated 11/30/23. I contacted Customer Service so I could return the extra game. They said to keep the extra game or gift it to a family member. I am so impressed with the Customer Service, they are #1.

GBWorst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.
