We were playing with three friends one night and one player never won until we realized one of her blocks had a blank side. We contacted customer service via email the next day (a Saturday), and received a response later that same day. On Sunday, they advised a new game was being sent out to me. GBGreat customer service and a wonderful product. The quality of the games are great. They are fun for all ages. We had a slight problem with a puppy and a block from Stack Royale. Lindsey answered my text and email and went over and above to help us get back to playing the game. Awesome customer service.

GBWe love the games from Uzzle We love the games from Uzzle! They are perfect for people of a wide range of ages. I purchased three: one for home, one for my classroom, and one for my in-laws. My sister also purchased two. In all of the ones that my family has received, there was one block that was missing one of the stickers, which was not a big deal. When I contacted Uzzle, the response was quick, and they sent another game for us, which was above and beyond what I expected. I enjoy this company, the games are great, and the customer service is phenomenal.

GBCustomer service is GREAT Customer service is GREAT! We enjoy playing Uzzle. It’s easy for the younger kids to play and they really enjoy being able to play with the older kids and adults; we have had a lot of fun playing, We ordered 2 games for Christmas and one got lost in the mail. I contacted Customer Service and they replaced the lost game. This Tuesday, 2/20/24, I received the lost game, it was post dated 11/30/23. I contacted Customer Service so I could return the extra game. They said to keep the extra game or gift it to a family member. I am so impressed with the Customer Service, they are #1.
