Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.

Great customer service and a wonderful product. The quality of the games are great. They are fun for all ages. We had a slight problem with a puppy and a block from Stack Royale. Lindsey answered my text and email and went over and above to help us get back to playing the game. Awesome customer service.

The games are well made fun for all ages. The games are super fun, easy to play and inclusive for all the family members. Hours of competitive fun! Had an issue with delivery of an order and the team were quick to communicate and rectify the issue. Super happy with the result and highly recommend the product.

Awesome customer service Such a fun game for all ages with great customer service. We were playing with three friends one night and one player never won until we realized one of her blocks had a blank side. We contacted customer service via email the next day (a Saturday), and received a response later that same day. On Sunday, they advised a new game was being sent out to me.
