Awesome customer service Such a fun game for all ages with great customer service. We were playing with three friends one night and one player never won until we realized one of her blocks had a blank side. We contacted customer service via email the next day (a Saturday), and received a response later that same day. On Sunday, they advised a new game was being sent out to me. Hard to beat that kind of service. Thank you, Uzzle! Yvonne

Uzzle game=great & Customer service=exceptional Upon using one of two games I had purchased, we found one of the puzzle pieces was missing one of the patterns on one side of the block. I had purchased 2 games in November of 2023 but hadn't used one of the games and didn't know one of the pieces was flawed. I contacted Uzzle the next day and received a response. I gave them the information they requested and I received an immediate answer. I'm not only pleased with the game, but also the customer service has been exceptional. I would greatly recommend purchasing this game to anyone. Contacted Uzzle 2/1/24, response 2/2/24, resolved 2/2/24. Amazing!!

Game - Better than electronics My grandchildren (4) enjoyed this game so much that they wanted to continue playing it rather than watch a movie or play electronics. There was so much laughter between them. I would definitely recommend this game.

Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.
