We love the games from Uzzle We love the games from Uzzle! They are perfect for people of a wide range of ages. I purchased three: one for home, one for my classroom, and one for my in-laws. My sister also purchased two. In all of the ones that my family has received, there was one block that was missing one of the stickers, which was not a big deal. When I contacted Uzzle, the response was quick, and they sent another game for us, which was above and beyond what I expected. I enjoy this company, the games are great, and the customer service is phenomenal.

Ripoff. Never shipped Ordered one and 5 days later told my order is missing. They use some no name non-existent shipping company and lost my order with no proposed solution. Then have the nerve to have me rate their response. Avoid. This is a typical Facebook ripoff but much more expensive than the nickel and dime scams.

Worst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.

Fantastic company Fantastic company, even better customer service. We had a small issue with one of the blocks and The Uzzle team immediately took care of us. We truly appreciate such thoughtful and kind customer service. We played the game with our grandchildren (ages 7-14) and everyone had a blast. The 7 year old asked if she could come over the next day to play Uzzle again. Truly a fun, family game.
