GBWorst customer service EVER! Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.

GBUzzle game=great & Customer service=exceptional Upon using one of two games I had purchased, we found one of the puzzle pieces was missing one of the patterns on one side of the block. I had purchased 2 games in November of 2023 but hadn't used one of the games and didn't know one of the pieces was flawed. I contacted Uzzle the next day and received a response. I gave them the information they requested and I received an immediate answer. I'm not only pleased with the game, but also the customer service has been exceptional. I would greatly recommend purchasing this game to anyone. Contacted Uzzle 2/1/24, response 2/2/24, resolved 2/2/24. Amazing!!

NZThe games are well made fun for all ages. The games are super fun, easy to play and inclusive for all the family members. Hours of competitive fun! Had an issue with delivery of an order and the team were quick to communicate and rectify the issue. Super happy with the result and highly recommend the product.
