I will never forget his kind voice on the other end of the phone and how he guided me through it. The urn arrived exactly when I needed it. I also want to add, the first time I called was at night. He answered the phone and was my guardian angel. It’s a beautiful necklace but engraving is not centered on pendant It’s a beautiful necklace, I really do love it. I had “dad”engraved onto the necklace and the engraving is done nicely. But the engraving is not centered? It’s off to one side of the heart. I’m a bit confused why they wouldn’t center it but other then that it’s nice
