GBIssue resolved. Good quality products I recent had an experience with the company that made me not so happy. Shipping was an issue. I did call customer service multiple times and did speak with an individual each time. They did what they said they would to resolve the problem. I am satisfied with the resolution. I ordered from Oaktree Memorials because I purchased a necklace from them 3 years ago that I still wear every single day. It is the physical connection with my late husband and gives me comfort. I bought this necklace for a friend that recently lost her husband and hope that it will bring her the same comfort that mine gives to me.
