It is a birthday gift which isnt for another few months, but wanted to order it in time for her special day, I was pleasantly surprized that I received it so quickly. Thank you! Exceptional customer service Hi I ordered a princess tutu for a friends daughter. After several weeks I received an e mail asking how i found the service. At this stage I still had not received the tutu so realised there must be a problem. I contacted yourselves and was advised that particular tutu had been out of stock and no one had realised hence my survey e mail. Upon contact the team was exceptionally helpful and gave me options as to what I could have. I received a different colour of tutu ( which was beautiful ) and a £5 refund. I was delighted with the tutu but I was even more delighted with the exceptional customer service. Thank you….customer service is everything
