Excellent Customer Service! I had placed the wrong street address on my order. It was a gift for my great granddaughter. I addressed the issue with Customer Service and they were kind and professional. They reordered a new TuTu, for my great granddaughter and sent it out to her, before the first one was returned to them and at no additional cost me. I wish all the venders I use online were as efficient!!!

bought 2 for my grandaughters bought 2 for my grandaughters, one only lasted 8 minutes before all the stitching came away from the lighting wires. had to take them both back from them to save disappointment till see if grandma can come to the rescue with her sewing box..!!
