Nonexistent Customer Service I wanted to cancel my order to purchase a different toy after initially placing my order, but the store page doesn't have the option to cancel your order directly. They do say that order cancellations within 3 hours can be accepted on the FAQs section of the website, so I reached out to them via email within the hour, and followed up several times in the following couple of days, but they didn't respond to me for over a week. I tried both the email listed on their website and even their instagram page, which they link to on the store website, but didn't receive responses on either. Finally, they responded to me 8 days after I initially ordered saying it had shipped and that it was too late to get a refund. I reached out to them again asking for clarification, since I followed the process on their website to the T, but haven't gotten a response from them 4 days later. Absolutely mind-boggling. The product is fine, but don't expect any semblance of customer support when buying from this website. Buyer beware.
