GBI would shop at Serious Puzzles again… I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

GBGreat Customer Service! They have a great selection of high quality puzzles and wonderful customer service. We got a wrong puzzle in our order and they let us keep it, while sending us the correct one free of charge. I will definitely order form them again!

GBExtremely prompt service Extremely prompt service. The puzzle order was filled nd shipped in less than 24 hours. There was sufficient filler material in the outer shipping box to protect the puzzles inside. Additionally, the order was filled accurately.
