GBGreat customer service! I recently had an issue with a puzzle I got from Serious Puzzles. There were two left over pieces that looked like they belonged to the puzzle but didn't fit. This meant that my puzzle was basically missing two puzzle pieces. So, I sent photos of the pieces and where they should go into the puzzle and asked what to do. To my amazement, serious puzzles sent a reply with visual and written instructions that they inserted on top of the photo I had sent. The instructions were very clear and showed how to rearrange the puzzle pieces so they would all fit. (Haha, it turns out I had put a piece in the wrong place!) I am just so impressed that customer service took the time to resolve this issue. Thanks Serious Puzzles for the puzzles you sell AND for the great customer service!!!

GBI would shop at Serious Puzzles again… I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

GBGreat Customer Service! They have a great selection of high quality puzzles and wonderful customer service. We got a wrong puzzle in our order and they let us keep it, while sending us the correct one free of charge. I will definitely order form them again!

GBBest Company ever My husband and I are serious puzzle fans. We recently finished "Great Blue Heron" only to find that one piece was missing. This was an especially difficult and beautiful puzzle and one we wanted to mount and display. Serious Puzzles was kind enough to send us a replacement puzzle quickly and without charge. We sorted and found the missing piece which fit perfectly and will give the replacement puzzle (now missing one piece) to a family member who can enjoy putting it together. Great customer service by Serious Puzzles. They deserve our loyalty.
