They're very reliable and consistent. I even had to cancel a very large order after it had been "shipped" and Emilie, the customer service rep who helped me, heard my issue (not regarding the formula itself) and canceled and refunded my order. Emilie also was very informative and kind.

Excellent Goats Milk formula The goats milk formula has worked wonderfully in our DF, GF home. A new find ..Exceptional product. We were recommended by a friend about the product because our son ( 6 mo) seemed to have some kind of intolerance to American formulas. He wasn’t drinking enough of it which raised serious concerns about his growth. But the formula from Organic Baby food shop (we buy the Bioland Folge Milch) has changed everything. He loves his formula now and don’t seem to have any kind of intolerance anymore. The product turns milky white when dissolved in water and smells good too. Pricing is reasonable and shipping is fast enough.

Never received package Never received package, seller blames the shipper. Instead of reshipping the order, seller conveniently blames the shipper and deemed the package stolen and is not liable. Now I’m at a loss of time, money , and baby food. Need to buy elsewhere. I have attached the CEO response. Buy at your own risk and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
