Excellent Goats Milk formula The goats milk formula has worked wonderfully in our DF, GF home. Our primarily breastfed baby made the transition well which means the formula is not negatively odiferous and the flavor appears to be mild and smooth. I appreciate a formula that adheres to the utmost standards in baby nutrition. I’m grateful for the quality. The shipping is quick.

Unfortunately can not recommend Unfortunately can not recommend. Apparently shipments via DHL are sent by firstorganicbaby with the receiver's own name as sender. I believe this caused a problem in customs so the package never was sent to New York. Ultimately though the problem is that customer service has been delaying in issuing a refund now for over three weeks. Utterly unacceptable and does not breed confidence in the company. Update: "Patrick" at the company is manipulative, condescending and rude - and worst of all, unwilling to provide any solution (i.e. refund). DHL tracking says "returned to sender" and Patrick denies receipt. At this point company has its product and my money and the seller is unwilling to do anything about it. Buyer beware! Buy from a reputable company.

This is my second time ordering from… This is my second time ordering from Organic Baby Food Shop and it has been such a great experience. We used the Holle stage 2 goats milk formula to supplement when my supply was getting low and my daughter really liked it. We are now trying the stage 3 cow’s milk formula. She hasn’t had it yet, so hopefully she will like it also. Shipping was very quick and the customer service has been wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

I always get prompt responses and have gotten a few discounts extended simply b/c I asked and let them know every bit helps right now. A new find ..Exceptional product. We were recommended by a friend about the product because our son ( 6 mo) seemed to have some kind of intolerance to American formulas. He wasn’t drinking enough of it which raised serious concerns about his growth. But the formula from Organic Baby food shop (we buy the Bioland Folge Milch) has changed everything. He loves his formula now and don’t seem to have any kind of intolerance anymore. The product turns milky white when dissolved in water and smells good too. Pricing is reasonable and shipping is fast enough.
