GBThe doll is gorgeous and my… The doll is gorgeous and my granddaughter loves it but the customer service is awful! I ordered my first one on December 6 and finally by the 18th I think it was I contacted them and they said we’re sorry the original one was gone but they never told me!! So I told them via email to replace it w/their suggestion, well I didn’t hear from them and it was getting close to Christmas so I reordered the second doll and what do you know, I recorded both dolls on the same shipment!!!! So now I have 1 myself 🤦🏻♀️
