One doll was not the doll I ordered I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter. When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

I like little George aka Dennis I like little George, but I renamed him Dennis. The construction is a little off, There's too much stuffing in the chest that forces his head back a little too far. I forced the stuffing down so that his head is more at a normal range. I like all the hair, although I had to give him a haircut to make him look a little more boyish. All in all, I love him.

Baby doll I ordered a dark headed baby doll but really wanted a blonde headed doll. By the time the company sent me an email about a blonde doll the other doll had already shipped. I returned the dark headed doll, ordered the blonde & received it in 4 days, and got my credit for the dark headed doll in about 11/2 weeks. It was very pleasant doing business and they responded to my emails very quickly.
