The doll is gorgeous and my… The doll is gorgeous and my granddaughter loves it but the customer service is awful! I ordered my first one on December 6 and finally by the 18th I think it was I contacted them and they said we’re sorry the original one was gone but they never told me!! So I told them via email to replace it w/their suggestion, well I didn’t hear from them and it was getting close to Christmas so I reordered the second doll and what do you know, I recorded both dolls on the same shipment!!!! So now I have 1 myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

Love it thank you… I did have issues with my shipment getting lost but you made it right and sent my package out again and it arrived in a timely manner the second time around. The doll is gorgeous and as described my daughter loves it. Thank you

One doll was not the doll I ordered I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter. When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

I was very disappointed in the doll… Yesteriadoll It's very cute. The doll arrived quickly; good quality. I guess I am disappointed that it was not more "weighted". It's pretty much the weight of a regular baby doll off the shelf. Also, I ordered an extra outfit but the one they sent me is the same outfit the doll is wearing!! impressed with the customer service line845521-7386 they really help me
