The doll is gorgeous and my… The doll is gorgeous and my granddaughter loves it but the customer service is awful! I ordered my first one on December 6 and finally by the 18th I think it was I contacted them and they said we’re sorry the original one was gone but they never told me!! So I told them via email to replace it w/their suggestion, well I didn’t hear from them and it was getting close to Christmas so I reordered the second doll and what do you know, I recorded both dolls on the same shipment!!!! So now I have 1 myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

One doll was not the doll I ordered I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter. When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

Delivery was good even in the final 2… Delivery was good even in the final 2 weeks before Christmas. I ordered a large doll and also the new 12 inch baby. Unfortunately, the pacifier would only stick to the tip of the nose of the 12 inch baby. Very disappointing on Christmas morning.

Baby doll I ordered a dark headed baby doll but really wanted a blonde headed doll. By the time the company sent me an email about a blonde doll the other doll had already shipped. I returned the dark headed doll, ordered the blonde & received it in 4 days, and got my credit for the dark headed doll in about 11/2 weeks.
