The doll is gorgeous and my… The doll is gorgeous and my granddaughter loves it but the customer service is awful! I ordered my first one on December 6 and finally by the 18th I think it was I contacted them and they said we’re sorry the original one was gone but they never told me!! So I told them via email to replace it w/their suggestion, well I didn’t hear from them and it was getting close to Christmas so I reordered the second doll and what do you know, I recorded both dolls on the same shipment!!!! So now I have 1 myself 🤦🏻‍♀️

Love it thank you… I did have issues with my shipment getting lost but you made it right and sent my package out again and it arrived in a timely manner the second time around. The doll is gorgeous and as described my daughter loves it. Thank you

Delivery was good even in the final 2… Delivery was good even in the final 2 weeks before Christmas. I ordered a large doll and also the new 12 inch baby. Unfortunately, the pacifier would only stick to the tip of the nose of the 12 inch baby. Very disappointing on Christmas morning.
