GBI order a musical elephant for my grand… I order a musical elephant for my grand baby and tried to cancel before it was shipped because I notice an error on my account when this company was trying to charge me. They refuse to cancel my order and sent the elephant late. I returned the item and tried to dispute the transaction. I have copies of everything but this company is pretending like they never recieved the package. I never opened it package and brought it directly to the post office. This company have my money and the elephant. I have nothing. They ripped me off. Please don't trust them and be in a loss position like I am. They are desparite and don't care about doing whats right

GBGrey & pink musical elephant I purchased a lovely grey & pink musical elephant which at first I thought did not work however, I discovered you have to press a pad on a foot for things to start. I feel perhaps a little instruction note/card could be included. Other than that it is of very good quality & I know my youngest granddaughter will love it for her first birthday in two weeks time.

GBI ordered two pairs of supposedly… I ordered two pairs of supposedly Italian leather shoes with high end quality payed almost $100 for I didn’t really care about the shipping time ,all what I wanted is what I saw on their website,to my surprise shoes came in I looked at them ( have ever been a 99cents store ?and sometimes they do have shoes 👞 that cost $12? Well that same quality,here’s the thing I’m sure that’s a business gimmick,advertise sell returns they will lose money and then make more out of cheap products worldwide,I hope this will stop 🛑
