Good service and great toy -

AWESOME Elephant I recieved my Elephant, put in batteries, turned on power and the elephant didn't work. Took it Battery Plus for more batteries, turned on power and no results. I emailed the company for a replacement, communicated with Customer service and she talked about a video and I needed to press the feet on the elephant to make it work. I followed her directions and it worked. I love this toy. My Grandson is going to Love it too. Great Customer service Emma.

the little Elephant is absolutely… the little Elephant is absolutely darling. Very well made. My only concern is I am giving it to my granddaughter who is only 9 months. The volume on the elephant maybe a little too loud for her. I would still highly recommend the musical elephant
