GBBetter Communication, Books Entice Daughter to Read I have come to have mixed feelings of Early Moments Services of late...I feel as though I am playing catch up with their team regarding orders for my daughter...I had problems with my initial order that was supposed to include a special gift along with the books that I chose, but it never arrived. My daughter absolutely loves receiving mail and the books are a perfect way to get her interested in reading. The orders take very long to arrive after payment. They are not consistently arriving every 2 weeks; but when they do, the order is wrapped and shipped safely and without damage. Definitely room for improvement.

GBGrace and her books I wanted to change the amount of time in between book deliveries and had a good time talking to the customer service person. She was very helpful and took care of the change right away and answered other questions I had. Our granddaughter, Grace, enjoys the books, reads them to her parents in her baby babble (each page) and her parents have to read them over and over to her. Very pleased with service and being able to change books when needed. Thank you.

GBI am very happy with every aspect of… I am very happy with every aspect of Early Moments. They have been prompt with processing orders, answering questions, etc. The selections for books are excellent and no issues with the process of monthly selections. The packages arrive in good condition and high quality books. The price of each package is very good. I look forward to many more packages.

GBthis was a scam. this was a scam. (Update) the line above is the only context I gave on Trust pilot regarding my situation with the company. However somehow in their reply they knew I was referring to thier predatory subscription only tactic that got me and charged me $21.99 every four weeks for three books I never selected. After only wanting to purchase one book for $1 as they originally advertized. The very fact they knew why I was upset like many others with their company simply proves they are actively aware many are unhappy with their methods, but chose to continue being deceptive. I maintain my 1 star review for this horrible company.
