Repeat Customer always received great customer service from Hope. I have been burnt on online purchases before but this company and especially Hope eased my mind and worries. This was my 2nd electric ride on car from Stuff 4 Children. My first order we had issues with not having all the parts of the car to put together. All I had to do was call Hope, she took care of it and I received a replacement car within a few days. My daughter loves her car and always wants to wash it and keep it clean. Because I received great customer service the first time, when it was time to get my niece a car there was no question that I would get it from Stuff 4 Children. Hope has always answered any questions I have had and provides great customer service. I told her that I needed the car within a few days and she delivered on it. I can't wait to see the look on my niece's face when she see's it. As for the car, it was easy to assemble and wow is it sharp looking. The extra $ was definitely worth it and both cars are much better than the ones you see at Walmart, Target or Toys R Us. Would definitely get a 3rd car from Stuff 4 Children if we need one down the road.

I order 3 cars. We love it. Fast delivery... I couldn't believe the 3 lamborghini cars came in so fast. It was a wk before the triplets bday. It arrive to us in 3 days. We put it together and love it. It's look better in person then picture. I recommend this site to everyone. Hope she was great. She had the best price and gave me a discount for 3. She didn't have to but she did. Hope you're the best. Btw my husband was so amazed with the cars. Lights and the music.

BEYOND AMAZING! I purchased a power ride-on w/ parental remote (which shouldn't be so hard to find, but try searching for one at a reasonable price) as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The parental remote option was a necessity for us. My little Angel nugget has Autism/Asperger's, so she tends to be pretty impatient w/ everything, & can & will break into uncontrollable, glass shattering screams for hours. I was admittedly skeptical placing my order, considering this was not a site I was familiar with & I tend to only purchase from Amazon. Not to mention the price comparison alone was such a huge savings. However, I went with my gut & Thank GOD I did! Out of the many great things I love about this business is they actually care about their customers. I know many of us have read someone's claim on other site's, & may experience the total opposite, leaving one to believe the business may have added the review/comment themselves (well at least I have). No, not this time. They ACTUALLY care, show compassion, empathy, plus more! When I called to place my order, not only did I speak w/ a live person, I actually spoke w/ the owner. A few months later a small issue w/ one of the speed settings occurred. Although I was hesitant to contact them, assuming the return policy had expired. I figured maybe they could give me info on which part(s) needed to be replaced & point me in the right direction. I was blown away yet again, by the exceptional customer service I received. Not only were they speedy in assessing the issue, technical support sent parts, provided step by step instructions over the phone, & offered future assistance if needed as well as a partial credit/refund if the issue still wasn't resolved. My apologies for such a long review. I have nothing more then positive things to say for this company & hope they expand to other items (clothing, furniture, etc.). I'd gladly leave Amazon for them!

Great Customer Service and Fast Delivery I ordered my son a GT-500 mini moto remote controlled power wheel (red) from this site and I must say it was well worth it. From the caring customer service to the fast delivery u couldn't ask for more. son loves his power wheel. Great experience! I have purchased numerous ride-on-cars from this retailer--red mini cooper, pink mini cooper and now a blue mini cooper. The items arrived on time and in excellent condition. The red mini cooper is over 2 years old and still looks and works great! I would highly recommend this retailer!
