USFantastic! :) I do not normally write reviews, but I for sure read them when I shop on a site especially if I have never heard of the site before. That being said, I think stuff4children deserves a great review. First, customer service was excellent; a few emails as well as a few phone calls were exchanged before my purchase. All my questions were answered within a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. Second, they have everything a kid could possibly want from Hummers and Jeeps to Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lamborghini, to motorcycles and much more! Shipping was fast, mine arrived the next day after I ordered and the license plate a few days later. If I ever find myself needing another motorized car, I definitely would not hesitate to purchase from there again.

USBEYOND AMAZING! I purchased a power ride-on w/ parental remote (which shouldn't be so hard to find, but try searching for one at a reasonable price) as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The parental remote option was a necessity for us. My little Angel nugget has Autism/Asperger's, so she tends to be pretty impatient w/ everything, & can & will break into uncontrollable, glass shattering screams for hours. I was admittedly skeptical placing my order, considering this was not a site I was familiar with & I tend to only purchase from Amazon. Not to mention the price comparison alone was such a huge savings. However, I went with my gut & Thank GOD I did! Out of the many great things I love about this business is they actually care about their customers. I know many of us have read someone's claim on other site's, & may experience the total opposite, leaving one to believe the business may have added the review/comment themselves (well at least I have). No, not this time. They ACTUALLY care, show compassion, empathy, plus more! When I called to place my order, not only did I speak w/ a live person, I actually spoke w/ the owner. A few months later a small issue w/ one of the speed settings occurred. Although I was hesitant to contact them, assuming the return policy had expired. I figured maybe they could give me info on which part(s) needed to be replaced & point me in the right direction. I was blown away yet again, by the exceptional customer service I received. Not only were they speedy in assessing the issue, technical support sent parts, provided step by step instructions over the phone, & offered future assistance if needed as well as a partial credit/refund if the issue still wasn't resolved. My apologies for such a long review. I have nothing more then positive things to say for this company & hope they expand to other items (clothing, furniture, etc.). I'd gladly leave Amazon for them!

USExcellent Customer Service!!! Granny Friendly! We were looking for an electric kid's car for our granddaughter. After looking online at the assembly process of these toys, I was very leery about getting one. I stumbled on the stuff4children.com website while searching and called them. I spoke with Hope who sent me a model specific "How-To" video that was extremely helpful. They quickly responded to all calls and emails. Our assembly was done with ease and confidence thanks to the fabulous customer service! Our granddaughter has had a blast with her new car! Will buy there again for sure!!

USGreat experience! I have purchased numerous ride-on-cars from this retailer--red mini cooper, pink mini cooper and now a blue mini cooper. The items arrived on time and in excellent condition. The red mini cooper is over 2 years old and still looks and works great! I would highly recommend this retailer!

CAAWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We have purchased 2 children ride on cars from this company - one last year and then another this year. We have also had a couple of replacement parts - our son broke steering wheel and Hope replaced for us without charging although we told her we broke it.
