I was told that it would take 3 weeks… I was told that it would take 3 weeks for the item to get from China to my home in Australia. It actually took 3 weeks to get on a plane to leave China (which, of course, was blamed on Coronavirus, but several other parcels I had ordered from China left China within 5-10 days of shipping). Pretty slow shipping so allow more time than they tell you. Fortunately once it was actually on a plane, the rest of the journey took another 10 days, so it still arrived in time for Christmas.

Also the sheer variety of blasters, accessories and upgrades are second to none. Best customer service amongst the Chinese toy gun and blaster companies. They respond quickly to inquiries and will look into issues raised with shipping to guarantee delivery. Sure, the shipping isn't the fastest but it's FREE and no different than shipping from any other similar company from China. I've ordered from a few companies around the same time and it's comparable. Usually it's customs, mine in Canada especially, that is the biggest hold up. They generally offer support for their products and do their best despite the language barrier. Better by far than the zero support given by the other toy companies such as Csnoobs and Boost Toys. Zhenduo isn't perfect, but they try.

Two orders... Still haven't got anything they've sent... First order never arrived ... Tracking showed it was taken by customs seller said post had ceased (despite a friend ordering the exact same type of item a day or 2 after me and receiving his) Second time was ordered May 29th sent out on June 4th and has not had any shipping updates since (it's now June 24 so 20 days) ... They have no interest in helping to locate the item which is now well beyond how long it should take but apparently this is normal.

Was in contact with Zhenduo.com and… Was in contact with Zhenduo.com and they replied almost instantly. placed order on 08/09/2022 same day contacted them as i am waiting on tracking number due to high demands of orders they are possibly receiving i am expecting delay in shipment however putting my trust in these guys so i will be giving it 3 weeks max

My only gripe is lack of updates… Edited - wasn't expecting an update here, but i do appreciate it! My only gripe is lack of updates regarding shipping. Its been in one spot for about 2 weeks. I can summise it waiting on shipping, but an update would just allow me to know whats happening with my package
