Every time I've ordered from the… Every time I've ordered from the company it's all come from China instead of Australian warehouse. Item travels around China for minimum 10 days before they decide to ship to destination country, but in saying that it also travels to Australia via USA. Extremely unhappy with the service. Would give zero stars if possible

Trustworthy, cheap and reliable The customer service is easy and very effective. When my package got stuck in customs, they offered to repost at no extra cost or refund my items, despite it not being their fault. Their warranty is fair and honestly very good for how low their prices are. Couldn't recommend enough!

Shipping taking forever…. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks since I ordered parts for a blaster for about $50. Tracking stopped updating me after the package was received by the airline carrier, I messaged Zhenduo Toys’ messenger about this issue and they replied with “we are glad you had a positive experience”. I am starting to feel like this website is a scam so y’all watch out. I just want the packages I paid for.

Love the low prices at Zhenduo Love the low prices at Zhenduo. Delivery times are good for gel blasters guns but for smaller items like gels, it still comes from China even if it says "Aus Stock" and takes longer to be delivered. Customer Support is good for email questions. I have not tried returning items so cannot comment on how they handle complaints and returns.

Tops in Chinese toy companies You won't find a better price for the same products on the web, not to mention the frequent deals they offer on their YouTube live streams and seasonal discount codes. Also the sheer variety of blasters, accessories and upgrades are second to none. Best customer service amongst the Chinese toy gun and blaster companies. They respond quickly to inquiries and will look into issues raised with shipping to guarantee delivery. Sure, the shipping isn't the fastest but it's FREE and no different than shipping from any other similar company from China. I've ordered from a few companies around the same time and it's comparable. Usually it's customs, mine in Canada especially, that is the biggest hold up. They generally offer support for their products and do their best despite the language barrier. Better by far than the zero support given by the other toy companies such as Csnoobs and Boost Toys. Zhenduo isn't perfect, but they try.
