Decent Ordered a speedloader + gel ball combo and a STD 5S blaster. Speedlaoder/Gel Balls came within 2 days but the STD 5S blaster never came. Contacted them, waited a couple more days to see if it was maybe just late, contacted again and they responded within an hour and issued a refund. Will try again in the future.

I've ordered from a few companies around the same time and it's comparable. Usually it's customs, mine in Canada especially, that is the biggest hold up. They generally offer support for their products and do their best despite the language barrier. Better by far than the zero support given by the other toy companies such as Csnoobs and Boost Toys. Zhenduo isn't perfect, but they try.

I can summise it waiting on shipping, but an update would just allow me to know whats happening with my package

Was in contact with Zhenduo.com and… Was in contact with Zhenduo.com and they replied almost instantly. placed order on 08/09/2022 same day contacted them as i am waiting on tracking number due to high demands of orders they are possibly receiving i am expecting delay in shipment however putting my trust in these guys so i will be giving it 3 weeks max
