The ordering process was seamless. The ordering process was seamless. Prices are great, especially the items on "sale"! Delivery can be a bit CoVid-19 slow but that was to be expected. Could have had better tracking and communication to update the customer on where the order is at, rather than simply chasing a review (when the items have not even been received yet) All in all, everything I ordered arrived safely so no real complaints...

Good blasters, better customer service They have a good lineup of unique blasters, and the purchasing experience was top notch. Shipping and packaging were all good. Received all parts and pieces. Even had a technical problem with one of the blasters, and their communications, and resolution were a step above. Will buy here again, and if you're on the fence, I'd encourage you to try.

Trustworthy, cheap and reliable The customer service is easy and very effective. When my package got stuck in customs, they offered to repost at no extra cost or refund my items, despite it not being their fault. Their warranty is fair and honestly very good for how low their prices are. Couldn't recommend enough!
