Save your time and money I lost my 13 year old fur baby last October. Out of desperation, grief and sadness I was looking for ways to hold onto my fur baby a bit longer when I stumbled upon a Petsie ad. I was amazed by all of the great results. Hence why I spent $300+ on a stuffed animal that was supposed to look like my dog. The petsie I received was so far from what I expected. The people who worked on it must have been blind for sure. The animal I received compared to all of the pictures I sent in was a drastic difference, like night and day. I reached out to them and they asked I pay an additional $75 to have it fixed, when it should have been right to begin with. My dog resembled a mini golden retriever, it was actually a quite simple request in my opinion. I’ve found stuffed animals at the dollar store that resembled him more than this almost $400 garbage I received. I’m not going to give this company not a single cent more! I had to put the purchase on my credit card because I had already just spent $1k+ on having my fur baby put to sleep. To this day I’m still paying this garbage off. I wish I could upload pictures of what I was sent vs the pics I sent in. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

Disgusted overall My dog had passed away, so I had wanted a stuffed plush to memorialize him, but what a mistake to order from this company! The amount of money $300! To receive a plush figurine that was NOTHING like the pictures I sent, was heartbreaking! They sent such a horrible plush to me and I couldn’t believe how off it was! I understand that they can not be exact replication of out beloved fur babies, but this looked like a different dog completely! Then they had the audacity to offer to have me pay $75 for a new one!!! Are they crazy! Why would I even chance to have another one made when this was done with such incompetence! I don’t know if the person that did it was just completely blind!! Please do your research and save your money! Do not purchase from them!

Petsies did a great job Petsies did a great job with my clone stuffed animal. Its so close and looks just like him. He is a very unique looking dog being a Golden Retriever and Siberian Husky mix. They were communicative through the entire process, letting me know updates the entire way. I will definitely use them again for my other dog one day. Nothing will ever touch the pain that I have gone through losing my baby boy, but having a version of him I can have forever is heartwarming. I still talk to it like I did to him everyday

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Instead of a nice-to-touch stuffed animal, I got a shapeless, poorly sewn toy that only resembles my friend in color. Terrible material, the cheapest accessories on the market and lack of skills!!! I have the impression that they write the good reviews themselves, because my disappointment is HUGE!!! Don't be fooled and avoid this site!!!! I paid over $300 for a mascot worth USD 30... I want to cry.

I was very disappointed when I received… I was very disappointed when I received my plush. My plush had a bald spot on the neck, which was not covered with hair. The dark spot was missing from her paw. I had sent a photo of this and clearly marked it with a circle. Her eyes were popped out. While her eyes are deeper. The impression of her face is terrifying, the shape of her mouth is also completely different. In addition, I had to pay additional customs clearance costs: € 87.18. This doesn't look like my cat as I had hoped, but one straight out of a horror movie.
