I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Instead of a nice-to-touch stuffed animal, I got a shapeless, poorly sewn toy that only resembles my friend in color. Terrible material, the cheapest accessories on the market and lack of skills!!! I have the impression that they write the good reviews themselves, because my disappointment is HUGE!!! Don't be fooled and avoid this site!!!! I paid over $300 for a mascot worth USD 30... I want to cry.

An Amazing Result! Came across an ad for Petsies on Facebook. "Fundy" was my wife's favorite dog. He died almost 20 years ago. Supplied several photos of "Fundy" to Petsies, made the necessary selections on their easy to navigate order page and submitted my order. "Fundy" arrived last Saturday and I put it on our kitchen counter so my wife would see it first thing Sunday morning. Her reaction was priceless...she loved it! "Fundy" was so real looking that our Cockalier, "Liffey", thought so, as well, and barked at it, sniffed at it and growled. Two days later and "Liffey" still barks at it and gives "Fundy" the evil eye. Petsies did an amazing job...well worth the cost.

Love it. We love our Petsies replica of Lily our Golden Retriever. The quality, communication and attention to detail is incredible. I did pay the extra for updates etc which is a good idea. Highly recommend Petsies

Amazing Design and Customer Service Amazing design, build, attention to detail and customer service. Our 13 year old black lab passed away on February 19, 2024 and we are distraught at his passing. As he lay next to me slipping away, I needed to find some tribute to him for all the joy, laughter, and comfort he gave us. I am blessed to have found Petsies. After he passed, I chose the largest Petsie with all of the options offered, including the ability to see his development and make changes, if needed. The initial design was very good, but I wanted changes to make him perfect in my eyes. The customer service and design teams worked closely with me until there sat “Major” in front of me again. I’m 74, and I remember the days of great customer service and intense attention to details. It’s hard to find today, but the Petsies crew exceeded my expectations.

Custom Order I had a custom order made of my sisters dog and the face looks nothing like her, the body is adequate but the head is totally wrong. My sister still loved it, even my other dogs sort of recognize it but the face is definitely not the same.
