NLI was very disappointed when I received… I was very disappointed when I received my plush. My plush had a bald spot on the neck, which was not covered with hair. The dark spot was missing from her paw. I had sent a photo of this and clearly marked it with a circle. Her eyes were popped out. While her eyes are deeper. The impression of her face is terrifying, the shape of her mouth is also completely different. In addition, I had to pay additional customs clearance costs: € 87.18. This doesn't look like my cat as I had hoped, but one straight out of a horror movie.

GBDon't waste your money or time Don't waste your money or time. My dog is brown, my Petsies is white. My dog has curly hair (which I specified in my description), my Petsies has straight hair. Be wary of companies that don't stand behind their products as Petsies has no return policy.

PTI DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Instead of a nice-to-touch stuffed animal, I got a shapeless, poorly sewn toy that only resembles my friend in color. Terrible material, the cheapest accessories on the market and lack of skills!!! I have the impression that they write the good reviews themselves, because my disappointment is HUGE!!! Don't be fooled and avoid this site!!!! I paid over $300 for a mascot worth USD 30... I want to cry.

GBPetsies created a near perfect replica Petsies created a near perfect replica of my kitty Tabby who sadly passed away in January after 14 years of love. Having my petsie makes me feel like I have a part of her still with me. The price may leave some skeptical but I promise it is a great decision! The turnaround time was very quick as well! Around 2 months!

GBAmazing Design and Customer Service Amazing design, build, attention to detail and customer service. Our 13 year old black lab passed away on February 19, 2024 and we are distraught at his passing. As he lay next to me slipping away, I needed to find some tribute to him for all the joy, laughter, and comfort he gave us. I am blessed to have found Petsies. After he passed, I chose the largest Petsie with all of the options offered, including the ability to see his development and make changes, if needed. The initial design was very good, but I wanted changes to make him perfect in my eyes. The customer service and design teams worked closely with me until there sat “Major” in front of me again. I’m 74, and I remember the days of great customer service and intense attention to details. It’s hard to find today, but the Petsies crew exceeded my expectations.
