I got the blanket and the pillow the pillow has a better picture simply due to the material what a blanket is still awesome she says. My brother saw them, and he bought a mug for his daughter, who just lost her kitty

I cannot express how perfect this was I cannot express how perfect this was. I sent them about 15 photos of our dog who we had just lost. It was identical. It was almost jarring because we'd walk into rooms and think he was sitting on the bed. When we sent photos to our family, they (not so) jokingly asked if we had actually sent them his fur to make the stuffed animal haha. They did an absolutely amazing job. We were worried in selecting the right company and after seeing the results, man, I cannot express how great they did. 100% recommend.

Don't waste your money or time Don't waste your money or time. My dog is brown, my Petsies is white. My dog has curly hair (which I specified in my description), my Petsies has straight hair. Be wary of companies that don't stand behind their products as Petsies has no return policy.

Amazing Design and Customer Service Amazing design, build, attention to detail and customer service. Our 13 year old black lab passed away on February 19, 2024 and we are distraught at his passing. As he lay next to me slipping away, I needed to find some tribute to him for all the joy, laughter, and comfort he gave us. I am blessed to have found Petsies. After he passed, I chose the largest Petsie with all of the options offered, including the ability to see his development and make changes, if needed. The initial design was very good, but I wanted changes to make him perfect in my eyes. The customer service and design teams worked closely with me until there sat “Major” in front of me again. I’m 74, and I remember the days of great customer service and intense attention to details. It’s hard to find today, but the Petsies crew exceeded my expectations.

Disgusted overall My dog had passed away, so I had wanted a stuffed plush to memorialize him, but what a mistake to order from this company! The amount of money $300! To receive a plush figurine that was NOTHING like the pictures I sent, was heartbreaking! They sent such a horrible plush to me and I couldn’t believe how off it was! I understand that they can not be exact replication of out beloved fur babies, but this looked like a different dog completely! Then they had the audacity to offer to have me pay $75 for a new one!!! Are they crazy! Why would I even chance to have another one made when this was done with such incompetence! I don’t know if the person that did it was just completely blind!! Please do your research and save your money! Do not purchase from them!
