4 stars Have been pleased with previous purchase - did not receive chance to get free CD when buying 4 as site said and had to write customer service. It's only been 1 day and haven't heard from them. Hope this can be resolved

I am always pleasantly surprised @ the speed that I receive my orders -- usually within 5 days of placing the order -- in spite of weekends. They send CD's and only charge shipping. Shipping charges are usually high, but their is no charge for the CD.

I really like all planetcdrom products! I’ve never used their service before... but I'm happy that I gave them a try. The best choice of childrens education CDs. Good work!

Comapny Fraud I had never heard of this company until I received a bill for software that I never ordered. This is fraudulent marketing and I've urged all my associates to boycot Planet CD Rom!
