I am always pleasantly surprised @ the speed that I receive my orders -- usually within 5 days of placing the order -- in spite of weekends. 4 stars Have been pleased with previous purchase - did not receive chance to get free CD when buying 4 as site said and had to write customer service. It's only been 1 day and haven't heard from them. Hope this can be resolved

5 star rating I have been a customer of this company for many years standing and have bought over half of my software from them that I own. For the most part they have given and honest and straightforward discription of the software they offer. As far as the customer service goes it totally top shelf. I have yet to get an order that took as long to arrive as they allow. Every order has been in good condition when it arrived. For the price one can't go wrong with the items that they offer. I have also ordered from their sister sites as well and have experienced the same quality and fine service. I think other companies could do well to follow the type of service I have gotten from them for many satified years now.

Comapny Fraud I had never heard of this company until I received a bill for software that I never ordered. This is fraudulent marketing and I've urged all my associates to boycot Planet CD Rom!
