Love my order x We purchased a couple of the Piki baskets for Easter 🐣 and a gift. Absolutely love them so cute. Super fast delivery as usual and gorgeous products.

Quality is hit or miss and they don’t… Quality is hit or miss and they don’t stand by their products. Don’t offer exchanges only 20% refunds for damaged items. I used to love them but with my last three orders something was always faulty. Like a HOLE in the leg of a Dinkum. I don’t understand the hype when their stuff is always damaged or faulty. Customer service is also really slow and they don’t seem to care about brand image or customers. I’m so upset because I’ve loved their toys when they arrive in good shape. They also use “handmade” and “environmentally friendly” as coo-outs. I also tried to write reviews on the site but they never went through. I can’t find anywhere to write reviews but here to warn others. Don’t understand how it is allowed.

Such a shame Before my most recent experience, I loved this company.. All of the products are great quality in my opinion, but when I spent over £100 on Xmas gifts for my son, my order arrived with not one but TWO items completely MISSING from the box, with a slip inside stating they were all inside & ‘checked’ by a member of the team. This meant my son was disappointed on Christmas morning. Sent several emails to customer care, for the only response to be sent at midnight, asking for my packing slip, i sent this & have heard nothing since. It’s been well over 48 hours since someone actually emailed me back, and I’ve been seemingly ignored since. Obviously very disappointed & feel I've lost my money as nobody giving me an update. I will be buying products from a stockist in future.

I purchased my daughter a Dinkum Dog… I purchased my daughter a Dinkum Dog and this was the first soft toy she really interacts with (12 months). She laughs at him, cuddles him and now is learning to play with the magnet bone. Adorable toy that has a special place it our home.

Timeless and Timely I ordered last minute Xmas Gifts and they arrived within a week. The dolls are beautiful and were a big hit with the kids.
