The product came from Europe and I was able to easily track the delivery to my son in Canada. The purchase was made as a metaphor for quiver theory in mathematics which my son is examining for his PhD studies. He was thrilled. What an outstanding design and service delivery

I like these art pieces, But. I like these art pieces, but the shipping service is rubbish. I paid double the price of the piece to be shipped to South Africa, but the customs paperwork was incorrect and I received more import charges from FEDEX to have the piece released for delivery. No mention of more charges when they charge a shipping fee. I forwarded the customs notes to them and they responded as if it wasn't their problem.
