USIncorrect product description We ordered a product described as "Crystal skull mug glasses" – come to find they have since changed the product photo and they are cheap plastic. The company is refusing to accept the return at full refund and denying that their description is misleading – and not acknowledging the change in product photography. Obviously, they are aware of the issue, but deal in deceiving customers – BUYER BEWARE.

USChange of heart The items I ordered were out of stock and the company offered me a replacement (at the same price point), however, when the replacements arrived they were 1/3 the size of the original product (3.5" birthday button originally ordered, received a 1" birthday button replacement) and one was broken. Although it is against their policy the company did refund my purchase. I appreciate the communication regarding the out of stock items and the offer to replace what I ordered with the other items. I also appreciate the company refunding my money for the items that I felt were not equivalent in value.
