Never do business with Partyglowz Never do business with Partyglowz. Ordered 2 paper products. Received incorrect merchandise on both items. Offered to send back and was told to keep it and they would send correct merchandise. Never happened. Then had me send picture of items to prove they were wrong and promised would send shipping labels. Kept offering discount for me to keep items I did not want. After I insisted they said I would get refund and not to return items. Refund did not happen until I followed up again. Then tried to not refund tax. Very unethical.

Partyglowz.com did not ship items and NO refund We ordered items from partyglowz.com and they didn’t even ship 25% of the items. When we called they said wait to see if the get delivered, they never did, e-mailed/called several times, (Gary) says he’ll get the refund to us, days later nothing, called back, Gary promised refund would be that day, Waited another day, NO refund! DO NOT DO business with this company, seems this is an ongoing scam they have going!

Good Experience Good Experience, Item as described and shipping is excellent

Change of heart The items I ordered were out of stock and the company offered me a replacement (at the same price point), however, when the replacements arrived they were 1/3 the size of the original product (3.5" birthday button originally ordered, received a 1" birthday button replacement) and one was broken. Although it is against their policy the company did refund my purchase. I appreciate the communication regarding the out of stock items and the offer to replace what I ordered with the other items. I also appreciate the company refunding my money for the items that I felt were not equivalent in value.

I ordered some custom hats from them a… I ordered some custom hats from them a big order for an event and was very worries if these guys will be able to meet delivery deadline I got the order before time and I am happy with partyglowz.
