GBPartyglowz.com did not ship items and NO refund We ordered items from partyglowz.com and they didn’t even ship 25% of the items. When we called they said wait to see if the get delivered, they never did, e-mailed/called several times, (Gary) says he’ll get the refund to us, days later nothing, called back, Gary promised refund would be that day, Waited another day, NO refund! DO NOT DO business with this company, seems this is an ongoing scam they have going!
