GBDid not ship entire order. Refused to help. Ordered 4 of one item. Originally one shipped. Reached out to customer service to get other 3. They at first refused to help because i didn't keep original packaging. Left a facebook review and they finally agreed to help if i agreed to take down the negative review. They only sent one more (total 2 of 4) reached out again for support and they refused to assist because i was 20 days beyond my order date.

GBLight Up Hats I ordered hats for a bachelorette for a group of 9 girls. My hats came in and only 2 of the 9 lit up. I tried new batteries nothing. Customer service was great at first, I sent him videos of me turning them on and not working and he sent me 7 more hats. They came right before the deadline and again only 2 of 7 worked. So out of 16 hats I now had only 4 lit up, and some of them didn’t match the other hats, they were completely different. I stressed my concerns and I was sent a video from the manufacturer showing me how to turn it on. It was the exact same way I was turning the hats on in the videos I sent…I expressed that and didn’t hear back until after my event. I then received an email saying they’d send more hats after I’ve already asked for a refund. The whole point of ordering these specific hats was for the lights. I responded saying I don’t need hats my event passed and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been 2 weeks. Again customer service was great at first and they tried to make it right, but eventually never did.

GBNever do business with Partyglowz Never do business with Partyglowz. Ordered 2 paper products. Received incorrect merchandise on both items. Offered to send back and was told to keep it and they would send correct merchandise. Never happened. Then had me send picture of items to prove they were wrong and promised would send shipping labels. Kept offering discount for me to keep items I did not want. After I insisted they said I would get refund and not to return items. Refund did not happen until I followed up again. Then tried to not refund tax. Very unethical.
