Absolute garbage Absolute garbage! Don't order gift wrapping or gift note. You will pay extra for a damaged white box with a red bow printed on it. Looks like a kid did it. Then your special gift note is a usp sticky shopping label. Absolute worst company. Never gets back to you and lies. Stay away! Just coming back to update , they still have not responded to me. I wish I could stand in front of their store and tell everyone coming in how bad they are. Stay away from this site. You can get the same bears on Amazon for less and no bad customer service.

Ordered a 6ft tall bear and sure enough… Ordered a 6ft tall bear and sure enough it stands the same height as me! Best price I could find as well, other places wanted $220-$300 for the same size bear! These bears are great quality and stuffed perfectly, I will for sure be purchasing more in the future. Not to mention the bear was delivered 2 days later very quick and easy.

Scam… Order a 7foot bear in the beginning of December! Paid extra to have the bear within 4 days, Christmas gift, they charged me twice stopped communicating with me and after Christmas I got a limp looking 4 1/2 foot bear! Cheap!
