Most importantly, i had some issues with customs fees that i had to pay to clear the parcel (i bought it from Italy) and the customer service from puzzleup was quick and very helpful in responding. They even decided to compensate me for the full amount of the fee, although not their fault. 100% recommended from every side.

Reliable and fast Fast response to the order with shipping 2 workdays after ordering. Order arrived in 18 days to Denmark, Europe, just as stated on the website, and that's even with the package going through customs. Everything arrived in pristine condition, and the puzzle is challenging as hoped. I really like all the unordinary pieces making you smile when you pick up a special piece. The only slight disadvantage was the tracking of the package which still is not updated since it arrived to customs in Denmark, but everything else worked perfectly :)

I ordered a dog puzzle for a resident… I ordered a dog puzzle for a resident at an assisted living facility and she was so excited! We were going to hang it in her room because it resembled her dog she can not have at the facility. I go down this evening and she is crying , because 2 pieces are missing!!!! That is wrong on so many levels !!!!! I would be mad about this even if it were free , but I paid for it to make a 90 year lady happy . I want my money back or a new puzzle checked by someone who can count.
