I just wish there had been a slip of paper with the puzzle name inside each bag, as the fridge magnets with the puzzle images included in the packaging was not attached to its matching puzzle, so it took a while to go through all the puzzles, to look at the pieces, to work out which photo belonged to which puzzle.

I bought a personalized small puzzle… I bought a personalized small puzzle and i love it. These puzzles are so special and unique. Most importantly, i had some issues with customs fees that i had to pay to clear the parcel (i bought it from Italy) and the customer service from puzzleup was quick and very helpful in responding. They even decided to compensate me for the full amount of the fee, although not their fault. 100% recommended from every side.

Everything went well with the order and… Everything went well with the order and it even arrived quickly!:) the only issue is that when picking up the order I had to pay a large amount due to customs issues, of which I was never informed that it could happen.:|

Took my money but never receive produces I ordered 4 puzzles for Christmas presents. The company billed my Visa but never sent an email confirmation or the puzzles. I contacted the company via email and they told me they never heard of me or the numbers I gave them on my Visa acct.

Excellent addictive puzzles Excellent service, postage a little pricey but well worth it. I've now ordered six puzzles - they're addictive and I'll be ordering more. 🥰
