Falls short on Quality but Great Customer Service Really love the design and pattern of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. However, they came with white specks where the colours chipped around the edges and this was evident on almost every puzzle piece. The puzzles were also quite dusty probably due to the nature of its material but at their given price point, I think they could have done a better job. Edit: I was contacted by their friendly staff and was given a new box of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. There are still some chips but very tiny and a lot less noticeable than before. Greatly appreciate their efforts.

Happy Camper! I'm a repeat customer. First time ordering was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 for easiness and satisfaction of the product. This time I knew the website skipped a step in my order for the personalized puzzle. But I continued my order anyways. Not even a day later I was emailed to ask for a picture and they sent me a preview of the puzzle before making it not even 2 days after the original order placement. They made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and helpful. Now my order is being processed and I can not wait to get them!!

Wouldn't Accept Returns The puzzles looked nice in the pictures, but it was hard to tell how big the pieces were or thin they were. The site didn't list the size of the pieces. The pieces themselves are tiny and thin and free-floating, they don't snap together or stay in place. Then we were not able to return them for any refund as they were far too small for my elderly father to put together. We bought them thinking that it had a small number of pieces and would be rather larger pieces. Wasn't what we were looking for.

I love the puzzles!! I love the puzzles!!! as puzzle addict, I like trying new puzzles, and those can be extremely challenging. I really like the shapes and the special pieces. Some are easy (like the Michelangelo one, or Joconde) and some are devilishly hard (the most difficult so far: Venus). The company seems to be starting, so the shipment is really less than optimal: in the end, I feel like I'm not supporting the puzzle guys, but the shipment company and the German customs. It's really annoying knowing that Kyiv is quite close. I wish them all the best and hope they can solve this shipment issue. The bags are also somewhat loosely closed when they arrive: it's easy to lose pieces. One star less because of that.

Reliable and fast Fast response to the order with shipping 2 workdays after ordering. Order arrived in 18 days to Denmark, Europe, just as stated on the website, and that's even with the package going through customs. Everything arrived in pristine condition, and the puzzle is challenging as hoped. I really like all the unordinary pieces making you smile when you pick up a special piece. The only slight disadvantage was the tracking of the package which still is not updated since it arrived to customs in Denmark, but everything else worked perfectly :)
