GBI ordered a dog puzzle for a resident… I ordered a dog puzzle for a resident at an assisted living facility and she was so excited! We were going to hang it in her room because it resembled her dog she can not have at the facility. I go down this evening and she is crying , because 2 pieces are missing!!!! That is wrong on so many levels !!!!! I would be mad about this even if it were free , but I paid for it to make a 90 year lady happy . I want my money back or a new puzzle checked by someone who can count.

GBUnique and fun wood puzzles I am a huge fan of puzzles I can put together and hang as wall art. These are sturdy and well suited for hanging. I love the unusual pieces and the hidden shapes as well. The reasons I did not give this 5 stars is because the puzzle does give off a strange odor when you are putting it together, I had one puzzle where the picture was poor quality due to widespread scratches, and the adhesive backing is not user friendly and not strong enough to feel comfortable hanging. I used puzzle glue instead. I would definitely purchase again!

GBMissing Puzzle Pieces, no Service. Simple; I’m missing a puzzle piece from my purchase. I contacted them twice now, a 2 week ordeal. They keep telling me that they don’t see my order under my email address nor name BUT I have the damn confirmation e-mail AND shipping notice as proof. I emailed them both - crickets!!! Do not order from this company!!! They will ship incomplete puzzles, and then never look back.

PTEverything went well with the order and… Everything went well with the order and it even arrived quickly!:) the only issue is that when picking up the order I had to pay a large amount due to customs issues, of which I was never informed that it could happen.:|

AUBeautiful puzzles Beautiful puzzles. I ordered several to give as gifts. I just wish there had been a slip of paper with the puzzle name inside each bag, as the fridge magnets with the puzzle images included in the packaging was not attached to its matching puzzle, so it took a while to go through all the puzzles, to look at the pieces, to work out which photo belonged to which puzzle.
