I love the puzzles!! I love the puzzles!!! as puzzle addict, I like trying new puzzles, and those can be extremely challenging. I really like the shapes and the special pieces. Some are easy (like the Michelangelo one, or Joconde) and some are devilishly hard (the most difficult so far: Venus). The company seems to be starting, so the shipment is really less than optimal: in the end, I feel like I'm not supporting the puzzle guys, but the shipment company and the German customs. It's really annoying knowing that Kyiv is quite close. I wish them all the best and hope they can solve this shipment issue. The bags are also somewhat loosely closed when they arrive: it's easy to lose pieces. One star less because of that.

Unique and fun wood puzzles I am a huge fan of puzzles I can put together and hang as wall art. These are sturdy and well suited for hanging. I love the unusual pieces and the hidden shapes as well. The reasons I did not give this 5 stars is because the puzzle does give off a strange odor when you are putting it together, I had one puzzle where the picture was poor quality due to widespread scratches, and the adhesive backing is not user friendly and not strong enough to feel comfortable hanging. I used puzzle glue instead. I would definitely purchase again!

Wouldn't Accept Returns The puzzles looked nice in the pictures, but it was hard to tell how big the pieces were or thin they were. The site didn't list the size of the pieces. The pieces themselves are tiny and thin and free-floating, they don't snap together or stay in place. Then we were not able to return them for any refund as they were far too small for my elderly father to put together. We bought them thinking that it had a small number of pieces and would be rather larger pieces. Wasn't what we were looking for.

Overall great! (UPDATED) (Update below) Overall the puzzle is great. However, some of the pieces are laser cut so small that little ends have broken off from transport alone. Also some of the pieces have white corners as if the image didn't stick during fabrication. UPDATE: Puzzleup had great customer service. After this review they had reached out to rectify the situation. They sent us a new puzzle which was much better printing quality and the little white corners were no more.

Falls short on Quality but Great Customer Service Really love the design and pattern of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. However, they came with white specks where the colours chipped around the edges and this was evident on almost every puzzle piece. The puzzles were also quite dusty probably due to the nature of its material but at their given price point, I think they could have done a better job. Edit: I was contacted by their friendly staff and was given a new box of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. There are still some chips but very tiny and a lot less noticeable than before. Greatly appreciate their efforts.
