GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered three puzzles - 1 for myself and 2 as gifts. My puzzle was missing a piece and another puzzle had a broken piece. The 3rd puzzle was fine. I contacted their customer support and was told that I would hear back from them within 24 hours. Three emails later, I contacted my bank and had them stop payment for the puzzles. Still no response to date.

ITI bought a personalized small puzzle… I bought a personalized small puzzle and i love it. These puzzles are so special and unique. Most importantly, i had some issues with customs fees that i had to pay to clear the parcel (i bought it from Italy) and the customer service from puzzleup was quick and very helpful in responding. They even decided to compensate me for the full amount of the fee, although not their fault. 100% recommended from every side.

DEI love the puzzles!! I love the puzzles!!! as puzzle addict, I like trying new puzzles, and those can be extremely challenging. I really like the shapes and the special pieces. Some are easy (like the Michelangelo one, or Joconde) and some are devilishly hard (the most difficult so far: Venus). The company seems to be starting, so the shipment is really less than optimal: in the end, I feel like I'm not supporting the puzzle guys, but the shipment company and the German customs. It's really annoying knowing that Kyiv is quite close. I wish them all the best and hope they can solve this shipment issue. The bags are also somewhat loosely closed when they arrive: it's easy to lose pieces. One star less because of that.

BNFalls short on Quality but Great Customer Service Really love the design and pattern of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. However, they came with white specks where the colours chipped around the edges and this was evident on almost every puzzle piece. The puzzles were also quite dusty probably due to the nature of its material but at their given price point, I think they could have done a better job. Edit: I was contacted by their friendly staff and was given a new box of 'The Starry Night' puzzle. There are still some chips but very tiny and a lot less noticeable than before. Greatly appreciate their efforts.
