I love the puzzles!! I love the puzzles!!! as puzzle addict, I like trying new puzzles, and those can be extremely challenging. I really like the shapes and the special pieces. Some are easy (like the Michelangelo one, or Joconde) and some are devilishly hard (the most difficult so far: Venus). The company seems to be starting, so the shipment is really less than optimal: in the end, I feel like I'm not supporting the puzzle guys, but the shipment company and the German customs. It's really annoying knowing that Kyiv is quite close. I wish them all the best and hope they can solve this shipment issue. The bags are also somewhat loosely closed when they arrive: it's easy to lose pieces. One star less because of that.

i think it was way over wraped it toke… i think it was way over wraped it toke me 20 minite to open it then i had to deal with the noddle in the bag that was su with white wire i couldn t see toke an other 10 minutes lol. it s funny your pacaging look ecolo when you get rid of all the wrapping and tapes and more wraping then nececary just use the box tape it so it cant open then put a sticker on it with the address this is more plasticc then i use in a year. the only mondel of the puzzle is 10 cm diameter a bigger one would have been nice. the puzzle look really nice and complicated my dad is going to love it good thing he didn t have to go tru the wrapping lol

Overall great! (UPDATED) (Update below) Overall the puzzle is great. However, some of the pieces are laser cut so small that little ends have broken off from transport alone. Also some of the pieces have white corners as if the image didn't stick during fabrication. UPDATE: Puzzleup had great customer service. After this review they had reached out to rectify the situation. They sent us a new puzzle which was much better printing quality and the little white corners were no more.

Missing Puzzle Pieces, no Service. Simple; I’m missing a puzzle piece from my purchase. I contacted them twice now, a 2 week ordeal. They keep telling me that they don’t see my order under my email address nor name BUT I have the damn confirmation e-mail AND shipping notice as proof. I emailed them both - crickets!!! Do not order from this company!!! They will ship incomplete puzzles, and then never look back.

Beautiful puzzles Beautiful puzzles. I ordered several to give as gifts. I just wish there had been a slip of paper with the puzzle name inside each bag, as the fridge magnets with the puzzle images included in the packaging was not attached to its matching puzzle, so it took a while to go through all the puzzles, to look at the pieces, to work out which photo belonged to which puzzle.
