Great customer Service Although a little lag in communication, customer service was happy to help and made the whole experience very pleasant. My son loves the magnets and they will stand the test of time.

Size was a bit smaller than expected… Size was a bit smaller than expected for the price, but the amount of pieces are correct. I had roughly 15 broken magnets upon opening. I was surprised that the ball portions themselves were not magnets, only the bars, which makes sense as they would be tough to build with if everything were magnets. Bar magnets are very strong for their size.

I ordered mine and it said it would… I ordered mine and it said it would come in 3 to 6 days and it has been like 13-14 days and it is still not here so I need to make shipping faster
