Thumbs up!! Really good quality materials, veeery strong magnets, nice gift for kids but I had also fun with those.

Shipping Package damaged but OK ! The plastic bag/envelope the shipment arrived in was battered/torn. Upon opening, even the more solid plastic containers and carboard box was damaged and I was concerned I might even have lost some of the contents. I counted each metal ball and to my relief, everything was accounted for. But as the slogan indicates, even counting each/every metal ball was "Oddly satisfying and great for stress relief". We are enjoying the time spent creating/constructing our dreams immensely. Thanks!

I received the pkg via the US Postal… I received the pkg via the US Postal Service, in a white plastic bag. The cellophane was broken open, and hard plastic containers inside were shattered. Over 1/4 of the little bars were broken in the pkg. I emailed the company and they asked that I take pictures and send to them, which I did. I haven't heard a thing from them since. It has been 4 weeks. Not an inexpensive product, but certainly a cheap one. With terrible customer service!

Heads up guys Heads up guys, the first package arrived safe and sound. The last package seems to have been haphazardly put together, resulting in the the green, gold, light green extra sticks breaking or at least arriving broken. Unexpected Fun I got my box with magnets very carefully packed and kind surprised me it's weight. As an engineer, I knew that it meant that whatever was inside should have a strong magnetic properties, I'm also a functional autism patient and magnets had been my passion since I remember. Then I opened the plastic bags with their contents to find that I was right. Those strong magnetic rods were strong enough to build a pendulum (the first thing that came to my mind). then, mom joined to build other things. I'm glad that I got the jumbo quantity as she forgot that those were my magnets and she wanted to build her own things. Saturday mornings are now a magnetic experience playing with Neobuilders magnets, a peaceful therapy. As for the size of the rods and marbles, I won't recommend it for toddlers nor children without supervision, Thanks for this high quality product, excellent customer service and support. Blessings. JJ
