Magnets are surprisingly fragile Love these magnets but my nephew discovered that they are actually very delicate. Many of the 'rod' have broken following quite minimal use / being dropped onto carpet from small distance. i feel this might be useful to warn consumers about when they open the box.

You bunch of fuckups You sent me the entire wrong God damn product, I've reached out to your support multiple times both on the phone and email and text and you're ignoring every message I send. Why the hell would you ask me how my experience was when you're actively avoiding correcting your mistake? You're so God damn stupid, your company is garbage.

Shipping Package damaged but OK ! The plastic bag/envelope the shipment arrived in was battered/torn. Upon opening, even the more solid plastic containers and carboard box was damaged and I was concerned I might even have lost some of the contents. I counted each metal ball and to my relief, everything was accounted for. But as the slogan indicates, even counting each/every metal ball was "Oddly satisfying and great for stress relief". We are enjoying the time spent creating/constructing our dreams immensely. Thanks!

It's a fun toy but beware it is not for… It's a fun toy but beware it is not for anybody under the age of 14. they break really easy I had some Arrive broken but they quickly sent me some replacements and I'm very appreciative. The magnets are super tiny tiny so if you're going to have them be played with anybody under the age of 14 it must be supervised and I highly recommend doing it in a tray of some kind because if they fall they scattered quickly. Overall super fun my boyfriend cannot stop playing with the set I got him absolutely loves it.

Buy at your own risk I ordered 2 sets of BuildrBalls 1010 for my 15 year old nephew's birthday present. He received only 1 set :(( so disappointed. I emailed Customer Service on 9th Oct with no response as yet, today is 13th Oct 2022. Also went online 12th Oct 2022 for "LIVE" chat ... hahaha waited for 12 hours and no response even though the "Chat" says 2 customer service are online. This maybe a good product but this company has no customer service nor can you contact customer service/support if anything goes wrong. Buy at your own risk!
