GBOrdered on December 2nd for Christmas… Ordered on December 2nd for Christmas gift for my granddaughter and today is December 21st. I have tried several emails to get an idea of when I can expect the order and not one response. Very disappointed and I would not recommend doing business with this company. I would rate them a minus star review. I doubt that I will ever see my order.

GBQuick fix We received our first order of pack packs and realized that one of them was not what we had ordered. Per the order transaction, this was my error. After speaking with the company, they graciously mailed the correct one we needed asap, free of charge! My son is so happy and loves his replacement!

GBLate arrival but workable resolution I ordered a Godzilla costume for my son for Halloween this year from this company because the delivery date was stated as falling between October 22-24. I kept track of the shipping status which was very vague and didn’t actually tell the location but rather the vendor that received it, date and time. It still hadn’t arrived by the 29th so I purchased another costume at twice the cost from Amazon with rushed shipping as it didn't qualify for prime delivery. By the time the costume did arrive it was too late to use for Halloween. I did contact the company to cancel my order prior to arrival and got no response but once it did get delivered I re-contacted them and asked for a full refund plus the company to cover shipping costs. The company is based out of China. They came back with a counter offer very quickly in response, with a very workable and understanding tone, of keeping the costume due to high shipping costs and a $20 compensation, which I accepted. I do not plan to order anything from this company again but appreciated their response.

GBUpdate Update: still haven’t heard anything from mayoulove yet nor did we get the backpack . I have notice that some people are saying they have received good customer service from this company or have some sort of contact with the company. My question is if why aren’t you assisting other reach this company to resolve their issues? Like email or contact information. Unless it’s no truth to your comment. I’m just asking.
