Got my sons birthday outfit and it was a size too small and Mayoulove was able to send me another package with the correct size and let us keep the first package. Both my orders got here within a reasonable time. Definitely appreciate the efforts made, thank you !

Update Update: still haven’t heard anything from mayoulove yet nor did we get the backpack . I have notice that some people are saying they have received good customer service from this company or have some sort of contact with the company. My question is if why aren’t you assisting other reach this company to resolve their issues? Like email or contact information. Unless it’s no truth to your comment. I’m just asking.

I received an answer almost immediately and they confirmed it would be no problem to fix the order. Amazing service and my daughter loves her backpack set!!!

Ordered on December 2nd for Christmas… Ordered on December 2nd for Christmas gift for my granddaughter and today is December 21st. I have tried several emails to get an idea of when I can expect the order and not one response. Very disappointed and I would not recommend doing business with this company. I would rate them a minus star review. I doubt that I will ever see my order.
