I have purchased several different… I have purchased several different educational toys for my grandsons and have been very happy with the uniqueness and quality if everything. They have loved them also and they were interested in playing with them far beyond the initial excitement of a new toy period. I will definitely keep purchasing through this company. The items were shipped quickly and as advertised.

An absolute nightmare An absolute nightmare to deal with. Waiting on an MP3 player that was a Christmas present for my son and was not sent with my original order .. customer service is abysmal, running rings around me and offering no solution until finally a week ago I was told a replacement has been sent, but when I asked for tracking info I was told by “Millie” that she would have to ask the relevant department… an absolute sham of a company. A massive disappointment. Consumer affairs it is.

I bought an MP3 player for my son and… I bought an MP3 player for my son and it was faulty. I emailed customer service and by the time they responded to my email I was on holiday. They asked me to send a video of the product, and I did once I returned home from my holiday. But apparently it was too late (30 days) for their warranty and they refused to replace the product. Terrible customer service and cheap products. I’ll never buy from them again and I advise you don’t either.

Fun for the kids Overall, I have been happy with the giant jelly ball. Although one of the balls had a hole in it upon arrival. My kids were able to play with the other and thoroughly enjoyed it until it popped. Only thing I recommend is better durability. But customer service has been very responsive.

Just be aware of Currency used Certainly didn't realise on ordering that $s were US and not NZ. I was horrified. I sent an email immediately. Two days later I received a reply from Millie with options for discount next purchase, 30% off the order or cancellation. I opted for the discount as personalised name you. Received 3 weeks later. Lovely item but probably not worth the $s. Just take care.
