Awful Awful! Made a purchase, waiting a week have tracking,waiting... popitems decided not to ship order, canceled order, still no refund waiting. Then wanted me to repurchase the order for $30.00 more. False advertising, 3rd party scammers.

Order never shipped Order never shipped. Emailed company and got no response. Filed claim with paypal. Btw, the seller's name on paypal transaction is Oliver Kadia, who left a glowing review below, so obviously site is a scam. Dropshipping products via enon.com created Nov 2022. Definitely not legit.

This company is NOT legitimate This company is NOT legitimate. I can’t communicate with them by message or phone. They do respond on chat either. I ordered an item over a month ago and have tried numerous times to contact them including email and there is no way to get a refund or the item I ordered

Not sure why everyone is hating on… Not sure why everyone is hating on Popular Items here... I've had nothing but great experiences. Even when a package got lost, I called in and their customer service is amazing. They had a replacement shipped immediately. Subscribe & Save is awesome. And I love that they're investing in getting new items
