Order in over 19 days ago Order in over 19 days ago, charged the credit card, did not receive anything, 3 emails, no answers, called , did not get anywhere; is this a scam company

DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered an item on the 5th December 2022. It was charged to my credit card 6th December 2022. Today is 7th February 2023 and I still have nothing! I have emailed them 3 times and 3 times they have ignored them. I have called their number and a recorded message tells me their "inbox is full"! I have FaceBook messaged them - nothing! I also note that the 25% of their 1 star reviews here on Trust Pilot have a standard response "We have contacted the customer privately via email." Let's see if they say anything more significate on this review!

This company is NOT legitimate This company is NOT legitimate. I can’t communicate with them by message or phone. They do respond on chat either. I ordered an item over a month ago and have tried numerous times to contact them including email and there is no way to get a refund or the item I ordered
