I got my item however it's generic… I got my item however it's generic instead of official brand like the stock photo. I bought a usb charging cable for ps4. The stock photo shows a sony brand product that is in a blue box. What I received is a generic cable in a heat sealed plastic bag. I have emailed them and requested a refund and am waiting to hear back.

Even when a package got lost, I called in and their customer service is amazing. They had a replacement shipped immediately. Subscribe & Save is awesome. And I love that they're investing in getting new items
