GBThis is my worst shopping experience… This is my worst shopping experience ever. I pre-ordered something and it's been 5 months and I still haven't received it. Emails, texts, and Instagram calls got no response. Customer service is super bad. I advise everyone not to pre-order or buy from their home. Things whose price is higher than the market price are not worth consumers to consume.

GBDo not support them I preordered four cars off their website back in October 2022 . It listed on their site that their stock would arrive in November 2022, so I purchased these as Christmas gifts. Now it’s May and I never got the cars, no emails, no updates. I email them and got ghosted the first time. Second email they told me they would issue me a refund but it’s been a month now and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Do not ever purchase from them. So disappointed.

GBDO NOT BUY - Will not refund orders they cancel Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate
