Virginia's first die-cast only hobby shop specializing in rare and sought after model cars and trucks. (With an affinity for Tomica Limited Vintage!) Delivery took forever because of a… Delivery took forever because of a backorder but did actually arrive! I would order again from their fast shipping section and maybe place a pre order if it says when it’ll be there

DO NOT BUY - Will not refund orders they cancel Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate

SCAM BUSINESS Horrible customer service 9 emails and countless calls. Their voicemail box has been full for the 3 months I have been calling, and as for Emails I have received one reply. It was a automated response that didn't answer the where is my order question at all. i have also reached out thru Facebook ZERO luck i am disputing the charge and moving on DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THIS SITE.
