About Tomiking

Virginia's first die-cast only hobby shop specializing in rare and sought after model cars and trucks. (With an affinity for Tomica Limited Vintage!) While most of our selection is 1/64 scale, we do offer on occasion larger models. We sell primarily online but our showroom is open in accordance to our hours listed (check our social media @TomiKing.DieCast on Facebook and Instagram to confirm the hours) for general shopping and enjoying our variety of models offered.

Fantastic ordering experience Fantastic ordering experience! Delivery took a while but when I contacted them they assured me it was normal because I had a pre order… DUH! So yeah, advice: check if you have a pre order so you aren’t me thinking the order was lost in the mail or something. Hope to be able to visit the store one day soon! Avoid at all costs I ordered 12/13/22, the original ETA was delivery by Christmas. Christmas came and went, no shipment and no update. I reached out several times, no response. When I finally got a response they told me to keep waiting, so I did. Finally in 5/11/23 they told me they couldnt fulfill the order, after half a year of waiting. I requested a refund. It is now 8/10/23 with no refund and I've followed up on the refund 10+ times and they do not respond. Avoid at all costs, this seems like a scam. Receipt #1172-1349

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Shipped pretty fast but the post took almost a week when it got to my town not TomiKing fault but I was worried for bit. Model quality is next level

Order was never sent Order was never sent, no response from email. Only way to communicate is through Instagram. They created a shipping label that never shipped and refused a refund. Please don’t spend your time or money here!

DO NOT BUY - Will not refund orders they cancel Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate
