SCAM BUSINESS Horrible customer service 9 emails and countless calls. Their voicemail box has been full for the 3 months I have been calling, and as for Emails I have received one reply. It was a automated response that didn't answer the where is my order question at all. i have also reached out thru Facebook ZERO luck i am disputing the charge and moving on DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THIS SITE.

Do not support them I preordered four cars off their website back in October 2022 . It listed on their site that their stock would arrive in November 2022, so I purchased these as Christmas gifts. Now it’s May and I never got the cars, no emails, no updates. I email them and got ghosted the first time. Second email they told me they would issue me a refund but it’s been a month now and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Do not ever purchase from them. So disappointed.

Emails, texts, and Instagram calls got no response. Customer service is super bad. I advise everyone not to pre-order or buy from their home. Things whose price is higher than the market price are not worth consumers to consume.
