SCAM BUSINESS Horrible customer service 9 emails and countless calls. Their voicemail box has been full for the 3 months I have been calling, and as for Emails I have received one reply. It was a automated response that didn't answer the where is my order question at all. i have also reached out thru Facebook ZERO luck i am disputing the charge and moving on DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THIS SITE.

Thief’s!! Becareful Thief’s!!! They have not replied back to my emails, messages via Instagram regarding an order I placed back in December. They kept saying that the order was in progress and suddenly it wasn’t available when I pre-ordered. I paid over $300 and they have not refunded me and are ignoring my messages!! I won’t stop until I get my money back! I work hard for my money and you won’t keep it!!! Beware!! You keep blocking my comments and I will keep posting until you refund my money!!! They keep blocking me from commenting on Facebook and Instagram because they are thief’s!!

Avoid at all costs I ordered 12/13/22, the original ETA was delivery by Christmas. Christmas came and went, no shipment and no update. I reached out several times, no response. When I finally got a response they told me to keep waiting, so I did. Finally in 5/11/23 they told me they couldnt fulfill the order, after half a year of waiting. I requested a refund. It is now 8/10/23 with no refund and I've followed up on the refund 10+ times and they do not respond. Avoid at all costs, this seems like a scam. Receipt #1172-1349

The only complaints this company gets… The only complaints this company gets is from impatient people who pre order. Look, every other review is excellent. Just actually read that it’s a pre order and wait. I’ve gotten all of mine.
