GBThief’s!! Becareful Thief’s!!! They have not replied back to my emails, messages via Instagram regarding an order I placed back in December. They kept saying that the order was in progress and suddenly it wasn’t available when I pre-ordered. I paid over $300 and they have not refunded me and are ignoring my messages!! I won’t stop until I get my money back! I work hard for my money and you won’t keep it!!! Beware!! You keep blocking my comments and I will keep posting until you refund my money!!! They keep blocking me from commenting on Facebook and Instagram because they are thief’s!!

GBSCAM SCAM. Just a warning to all, they have you pre-order so far in advance that its difficult to dispute with your credit card and then they don't deliver and ignore you. I've been trying to get my Nov 22' order and they wont respond to me. Order #4373. Don't waste your money. They instantly blocked me on facebook so no one could see my warning to others. They lie, cheat, and steal but don't care. They take advantage and have no integrity or conscience. I hope if there is anyone good in that company, they get out and live decently.

GBFantastic ordering experience Fantastic ordering experience! Delivery took a while but when I contacted them they assured me it was normal because I had a pre order… DUH! So yeah, advice: check if you have a pre order so you aren’t me thinking the order was lost in the mail or something. Hope to be able to visit the store one day soon! I’ll be in Virginia for vacation in three weeks so…

GBDO NOT BUY - Will not refund orders they cancel Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate

GBThe store is laid out with 2 rooms one… The store is laid out with 2 rooms one room being the main section with around 150 premium selections and the other room with a bit more of the easily affordable stuff. Learned a LOT on my visit and am super impressed by the miniature models they sell here. Planning on returning next week and following the restocks as they come.
