This is my worst shopping experience… This is my worst shopping experience ever. I pre-ordered something and it's been 5 months and I still haven't received it. Emails, texts, and Instagram calls got no response. Customer service is super bad. I advise everyone not to pre-order or buy from their home. Things whose price is higher than the market price are not worth consumers to consume.

Delivery took forever because of a… Delivery took forever because of a backorder but did actually arrive! I would order again from their fast shipping section and maybe place a pre order if it says when it’ll be there

The store is laid out with 2 rooms one… The store is laid out with 2 rooms one room being the main section with around 150 premium selections and the other room with a bit more of the easily affordable stuff. Learned a LOT on my visit and am super impressed by the miniature models they sell here. Planning on returning next week and following the restocks as they come.

So yeah, advice: check if you have a pre order so you aren’t me thinking the order was lost in the mail or something. Hope to be able to visit the store one day soon!
