GBDO NOT BUY - Will not refund orders they cancel Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate

GBSCAM BUSINESS Horrible customer service 9 emails and countless calls. Their voicemail box has been full for the 3 months I have been calling, and as for Emails I have received one reply. It was a automated response that didn't answer the where is my order question at all. i have also reached out thru Facebook ZERO luck i am disputing the charge and moving on DO NOT GET SCAMED BY THIS SITE.

GBShipped pretty quick overall but phone… Shipped pretty quick overall but phone support didn’t get me anywhere when I had a question. Sent them an email and about a day later got a super nice response! Very good company to do business with

GBThe only complaints this company gets… The only complaints this company gets is from impatient people who pre order. Look, every other review is excellent. Just actually read that it’s a pre order and wait. I’ve gotten all of mine.

GBOrdered 10 weeks ago. Never received item. Refund issued. Placed an order September 21, 2022. It’s now December and I have not received the item. Attempted to contact seller multiple times. No response. Nothing. Buyers Beware! Edit: updated the rating. Supposedly my order got overlooked. Requested a refund and received it.
