SCAM SCAM. Kids music player received was a third of the size it presented online, completely wrong charging cord, and terrible instructions. If you call their number it says they're folks are busy and leave a message and they'll always call back;however if you attempt to leave a message it cuts off after 10 seconds and if you try to contact them via their website it returns you to the same screen and so it never goes through. And incredibly delayed shipping which they blame on factors that no other company shipping within the US has used in years. I'd advise to look elsewhere.

Package arrived intact and as this is a Christmas present have not opened it as yet. Would buy from this company again as very professional to deal with

Walkie Talkies The purchase of Walkie Talkies for my grandchild went smoothly! We found it to be a great toy that worked well. Unfortunately, it was just a bit advanced for his developmental level. We are waiting for him to grow into it!

Buyer Beware While I have no complaint about the products ordered I find the website very deceptive. When searching ‘Little Learners ToysAustralia’, the site comes up, it presents as Australian there is a Villawood, NSW address provided in the info dropdown with an Australian flag. HOWEVER the pricing does NOT state US dollars leading you to have no reason to doubt it’s AUD pricing. It wasn’t till after checking out with PayPal and getting my receipt that I got the real price which was ridiculous. One of the items I purchased that ended up costing me $40 AUD I could have purchased off eBay or at most shops for $14.95 with free delivery. DO BETTER! BE TRANSPARENT!

Terrible customer service and quality Terrible customer service and quality. I received my product and the puzzle images and letter colors were blurry. Some pieces of the puzzle were also chipped. I sent photos to customer service and they said that the there might be a slight differences between the actual product and the images shown on their website due to different light exposures and display screens. These are not “slight differences”. This company is a knock off of another puzzle company on the market and they are taking advantage of the people who purchase their products. They did not even acknowledge my request for a refund and instead said they have a quality assurance team that inspects their products. If their team is ok with shipping these out then they are a scam. I will never purchase from here again.
