Terrible customer service and quality Terrible customer service and quality. I received my product and the puzzle images and letter colors were blurry. Some pieces of the puzzle were also chipped. I sent photos to customer service and they said that the there might be a slight differences between the actual product and the images shown on their website due to different light exposures and display screens. These are not “slight differences”. This company is a knock off of another puzzle company on the market and they are taking advantage of the people who purchase their products. They did not even acknowledge my request for a refund and instead said they have a quality assurance team that inspects their products. If their team is ok with shipping these out then they are a scam. I will never purchase from here again.

If I could give zero stars. Do not Order from this company Immediate order inaccuracy once placed and was assured it was corrected. Took over 4 weeks to receive the incorrect puzzle, came in January. Emails were responded to usually but basically let me know I was out of luck and acted like it was the first time I emailed them. Until…they said if I give them 5 stars on trustpilot.com they would replace it or receive a 30% discount on another the purchase of another product. The puzzle is unsafe for small children and is listed as age 1 and up there are many small pieces. The name and shape placement is weird and looks like it reads “ORYAN” because of a random circle in front of his name Ryan. Do not recommend. Do not order from here.

Never deal with this company Wow what an absolute saga! This company has been the pits. Ordered a couple of sets of radios for Christmas in October last year, naturally radios weren’t opened till December and one didn’t last a day! So when we sought technical support none was given instead we were told they only had a 1 month warranty from time of purchase! Unbelievable. Then after much too-ing and fro-ing FINALLY we were able to negotiate a replacement to only be replaced with radios that although looked identical were not compatible with the ones we already had so kids couldn’t use to talk with one another. When questioned this we were told yes that was the case and they were not going to do anything about it. This whole saga has cause much disappointment and stress, can not stress enough not to deal with this company
