I bought 9 uhf radios over a period of time to spread the cost, for the grandchildren for Christmas. One was faulty so contacted company for help. Response was… it is out of one month warranty… so no help. Care factor zero!

GBBEWARE--CHECK RETURN POLICY AND COST This is the worst company ever. If something doesn't work like their Giant Jelly balloon Balls you can't return them!~ As a matter of fact, you can't return anything from them because the return shipping cost is 5 x the amount you spent. I rarely write a bad review but BEWARE

CARun Don't Walk Run, don't walk away from these scammers. They charged me in US dollars but there was no mention of this at checkout. I left a written message for them to call me. They didn't. I called "Millie". She didn't call back. I was going to return my purchase but the site says "do not return item to the return address on parcel" (it's a Toronto address). I clicked on returns on website. There is no return address, only colorful pictures of their products. The same product is available on Amazon in Canadian dollars. Steer clear people.

GBI really liked the fact that I was able… I really liked the fact that I was able to get a hold of someone with a concern of mine in a very timely fashion. It felt so nice to know that Millie communicated with me even after my issue had been resolved. That’s excellent customer service!

AUBuyer Beware Their website leads you to believe that that they are Australian (e.g. Australian address on the bottom of each page and Australia Post shipping) yet you will be charged in US Dollars when you receive your order confirmation email. Avoid at all costs.
