So well made I got a stuffed husky for my birthday, he is really well made, he always sits upright, but is still really fluffy and soft. I bring him everywhere and always have loved him. When I look on the website, I see so many great stuffed animals.

Worst buying experience ever Horrible customer service. Never order on your phone, never make any mistakes on your order, they do not let you make changes. You will get charged $15 to return goods even if you immediately asked (within minutes) to cancel your order. My first buying experience will be my last with this horrible company.

If I could rate a zero I would If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a toy on Aug 21 for my grandkids who were visiting. The order never got past “label created” and “ready to ship” so the company reordered it. It took so long that my grandkids had already returned to CA. I should have just ordered from Amazon and we’d have had it in two days! Now FAO will not reimburse me for shipping the toy I never received!

They sell you a broken product and won’t do anything about it even with proof it was an error in production and not an error in your part. That is terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase from this terrible company.
