If I could rate a zero I would If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a toy on Aug 21 for my grandkids who were visiting. The order never got past “label created” and “ready to ship” so the company reordered it. It took so long that my grandkids had already returned to CA. I should have just ordered from Amazon and we’d have had it in two days! Now FAO will not reimburse me for shipping the toy I never received!

Still not shipped after 7 days and no reply to emails. I bought several items from their online website 7 days ago now and they still have not been shipped despite promising delivery in 3-7 days! However, they charged my credit card 2 days after purchase. I have contacted them now twice by email and 2 days later have still not heard back about why my order has not shipped. At this point I am not going to get them by Christmas as I need to forward them onto Australia and would like to just cancel the order. Over it!!!! Absolutely appalling service.

So well made I got a stuffed husky for my birthday, he is really well made, he always sits upright, but is still really fluffy and soft. I bring him everywhere and always have loved him. When I look on the website, I see so many great stuffed animals.

I ordered two Tina Turner Barbie dolls… I ordered two Tina Turner Barbie dolls to keep as collectibles. One of the doll boxes was crushed so I contacted FAO Schwarz’ customer service through their email to see if they had a replacement. I received the automatically generated reply that they would be in touch within 48 hours. Never heard back so I emailed them again…they have never responded. Is this how they treat their customers?

Worst buying experience ever Horrible customer service. Never order on your phone, never make any mistakes on your order, they do not let you make changes. You will get charged $15 to return goods even if you immediately asked (within minutes) to cancel your order. My first buying experience will be my last with this horrible company.
