So well made I got a stuffed husky for my birthday, he is really well made, he always sits upright, but is still really fluffy and soft. I bring him everywhere and always have loved him. When I look on the website, I see so many great stuffed animals.

If I could rate a zero I would If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a toy on Aug 21 for my grandkids who were visiting. The order never got past “label created” and “ready to ship” so the company reordered it. It took so long that my grandkids had already returned to CA. I should have just ordered from Amazon and we’d have had it in two days! Now FAO will not reimburse me for shipping the toy I never received!

Not the Best Comeback... Was so happy that FAO made a comeback and I know it was Christmas and being a zoo was exactly what I expected, BUT what I did not expect was inexperienced staff who could not put tissue paper around items in their beautiful shopping bag! After all, the bag is branding, yet the help behind the counter seemed inexperienced and/or plain stupid. This is just simple boutique service and the line was not even that long! ALSO I found the layout to be non shopper friendly-The worst! Was very surprised to have felt this way having been a regular shopper since childhood and now as an adult to buy gifts. Lastly, no doormen in uniform?? Very disappointing!

This company is basically a scam This company is basically a scam. They sell you a broken product and won’t do anything about it even with proof it was an error in production and not an error in your part. That is terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase from this terrible company.
