This company charged my card but never sent the product nor a confirmation of the order. This company charged my card but never sent an order confirmation, nor a tracking number, nor the product that was due to arrive ahead of a trip. When I try to call the CS # it is constantly busy.

The concept is good The concept is good, however, in their attempt to generate revenue off of parents they have made the product unnecessarily complicated to use with multiple apps clunky user interfaces, and the need to subscribe sign up over and over again. I attempted to set everything up used it once and never wanted to deal with it again. Could be a good product but need to design it as a system.

To many marketing emails I like the games for my 6 year old but the constant emails trying to sell more products is getting really old . No matter how many times I unsubscribe they keep coming everyday multiple times . I will never buy anything else from this company if they can’t respect your wishes

STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR - TOTAL SCAMMERS ordered a cordless vacuum and got sent a corded one. when i emailed in a complaint, they tried to tell me that corded is better and want charge me for sending it back - a kids toy would be better

She thinks she's playing a game, but truthfully she's learning and growing with Osmo, now that's the real gift! Not to mention, it has given Momma a little Parental peace of mind (& quiet)! With 100% certainty, I can tell you the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy and Santa will all be generous with a few new Osmo gifts this year as well!
