Customer service lacking Was hoping this car was more durable the the ones you buy at toys r us…nope..my 2.5yr old drove it over a stump and it crack the entire bottom passenger side plus ripped off the cover that protects wires. This all within a week of having it. Contacted the company and the girl was not helpful at all. I asked for another email contact and was ghosted… currently in the process of moving so don’t have time to deal with this. What a shame!!! My kid really loves this car.

Poor customer service and slow processing. I had to change my address, was told multiple times that my order was going to be sent out,It had never been sent out. Tried to call service and talk to someone but no one could give me any actual information. No one calls you back or emails you back. I am still currently waiting and have been told it would have been here by now multiple times. It’s been processed on my card for two weeks. Will probly have to cancel my order. Very poor customer service.

Car was delivered so fast wasn't… Car was delivered so fast wasn't expecting it for a few weeks but came in 8 days. Haven't open yet as its a gift for my son at end of January and we are hiding the box lol

Product is great but service is awful Product is great but service is awful. No phone number to reach the seller, only answer emails whenever and if he wants to. Paid extra for fast shipping and it took even longer than regular one. If I make a claim about the delay to the shipping company, the seller would get the compensation instead of me. I’LL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM !!!

Car was decent Car was nice, haven’t used it yet just setting up for Christmas… at first glance Not impressed with the stickers on the car some misplaced and some peeling off within seconds of coming out of the box and bubbling so hoping they last. I’d say you get what you pay for but we paid Decent amount. I am hoping it impresses us more once we sort it, charge it, and let our little have years of fun to come in it. Quality of everything else seems decent so fingers crossed.
