This company scammed me This company scammed me, I ordered a car on their website, they later called me to tell me they did not carry the product anymore but still accepted my payment, after finally getting my money refunded they kept $113 of my total purchase. Awful and slimy company.

Don’t order anything from this company I placed the order on March 14th. The website says it will ship within 24-48 hours. I bought my children a Toyota FJ-40 ride on which was showing to be in stock on the website and promised to arrive by March 26th. Looking at other dealers, the toy would have arrived a little too close to Easter for my comfort, or after, and since this was an Easter gift, I purchased the product from this company. Easter is tomorrow and the product still hasn’t even shipped. I have called the company on many occasions. Sometimes, they tell me that they will look into it and call me back, and then never call so I need to call back again. Other times I’ve spoken to people and they told me it would ship in a couple of days and it never does. My last conversation with them they were shocked no one had contacted me to tell me the product is on back order and won’t arrive until the end of April. My credit card has been charged from the date of my order on March 14th so it’s already accumulating interest for an item that is no where close to being in my possession.

Hopefully you have read my review… Hopefully you have read my review before your purchase. I gave one star as there's no option for no stars. I ordered a range rover online as christmas present for my daughter. It was fine for couple of months until one of the wheel motors stopped working. I contacted them in February or March and asked for a motor under warranty. They processed my claim and replied they'll send it within 8 weeks. I waited for 3 months and then contacted several times and they replied that they're out of stock and they'll send two when they have. It's November now and there's no sign of any action. I paid about $1000 for only two months of use. I hope nobody experience what I did.

Worst experience online ever They were supposed to have my item in stock, after nine days, still not send. I wrote email and I didn't get any answer. I called and they tell me to send email. They just reply me when I make a contestation with VISA to accept cancelling the item that they didn't send me. Worst experience ever, i spend a lot of time.

Poor customer service and slow processing. I had to change my address, was told multiple times that my order was going to be sent out,It had never been sent out. Tried to call service and talk to someone but no one could give me any actual information. No one calls you back or emails you back. I am still currently waiting and have been told it would have been here by now multiple times. It’s been processed on my card for two weeks. Will probly have to cancel my order. Very poor customer service.
