Item was estimated to be shipped here a… Item was estimated to be shipped here a week ago, still have not even had communication that it has shipped out yet, tried calling and received no updates other then for me to call back next week.

Customer service lacking Was hoping this car was more durable the the ones you buy at toys r us…nope..my 2.5yr old drove it over a stump and it crack the entire bottom passenger side plus ripped off the cover that protects wires. This all within a week of having it. Contacted the company and the girl was not helpful at all. I asked for another email contact and was ghosted… currently in the process of moving so don’t have time to deal with this. What a shame!!! My kid really loves this car.

Picked up kids ride on Picked up kids ride on, brought it home just to find out it wasn’t the one I ordered. I order a two seater police truck and ended up with a single seater. It was a smaller version of the one advertised. Has not been rectified as of now. Update- Returned it and they replaced it with not the model I had originally ordered but one that is at least equal may be even better. Thank you 🙏

I placed the order and two days later… I placed the order and two days later when I called they said they don’t have this car and it won’t be in for two months. They should remove items that are not available from the website!
