Unacceptable Item arrived late despite me paying for expedited shipping. I was promised, in writing, that I would be refunded shipping costs if my order was not received by Christmas. I have yet to receive my refund despite following up three times with the company.

Scam Customer service doesn’t exist and I highly doubt that I will receive my order at all. I was thinking that the price is fair and the website looks nice, so it must be legit but they are probably just scammers, taking money from people without the intention to actually make and send the order. It is even sadder that they chose a toy for children. Super disappointed!

Customer service isn’t it. I would be happy with the product if they spelt it correctly - given the colour isn’t a true dusty pink either. After continuous correspondence between the company and I and the fact they’re not even willing to admit their mistake in regards to the spelling of my child’s name speaks volumes. I won’t be ordering from this company again and I don’t believe you should either. I have screenshots and pictures but idk how to upload them.

Non-toxic for babies? Unlikely I asked for proof of non-toxic status and they had no testing or certifications to prove it. They directed me to read positive customer reviews as that is all the assurance I should need. Not reassuring at all and tells me they believe the baby puzzles are non-toxic by their own definition (who knows what that is!) and not by any globally recognised standards. There could be lead in the paint, fornaldehyde glue used and high levels of other heavy metals - who knows!!

Good customer service After reading many negative reviews, I was a little afraid to buy anything from this webshop. When I received the package, it turned out that they had sent me the wrong version of the Growth Chart. After sending an email, I got a quick response and they sent me the correct version. They responded quickly each time and fixed the problem well, so I'm happy with the customer service! I also like the Growth Chart, so am happy with my purchase.
