Ordered a name puzzle which showed the babies name and other puzzle pieces of animals that was A4 sized and received just a tiny puzzle with the babies name only which looks cheap and tacky and about the size of an iPhone. Just tried to get a refund and the business address is in China so we already know how that’s going to go. I’m so annoyed I didn’t come on here to check the feedback first!

Overpriced for what it is! The item is very overpriced, it came from Asia and took a long time to receive. This item could have been purchased on Amazon for less time and money. The product is of good quality, however a few pieces were glued to the board and we had to fix that. I ordered the bold colors, the letters of the name was supposed to be different but the last two letters were almost the same color but with a very slight difference. The advertise they offer free personalization on all items, this is misleading and it only applies to the name you order, not the personalization on the back of the puzzle. Overall, I would not buy from this company again because I don't think I received my moneys worth. Buyer Beware!

Good customer service After reading many negative reviews, I was a little afraid to buy anything from this webshop. When I received the package, it turned out that they had sent me the wrong version of the Growth Chart. After sending an email, I got a quick response and they sent me the correct version. They responded quickly each time and fixed the problem well, so I'm happy with the customer service! I also like the Growth Chart, so am happy with my purchase.

Legit company Didn’t originally receive tracking information but the company emailed me back with one quickly. Quality is as good as expected for price being cheap. Received the item a little bit later then expected but still within a couple weeks of ordeing. Shipped from China

NO!! Do not order!! I ordered a name puzzle and the images were printed incorrectly and was terrible quality. I emailed asking for a refund and they responded with a “beat around the bush” way of saying no, I kept emailing back demanding one, and they never replied. Not reliable and terrible communication. All around sketchy
